A good menu, decent honest cooking and polite service are a good start for this lovely little cafe.
Add in the pleasant ambience, bright interior and the fact that you're welcome no matter how muddy your boots or wet your jacket, and you have the ideal moorland cafe! Which is why I and many others I know visit whenever we're passing.
