what a lovely place the menu is very packed full of something for everybody and not what we were expecting for a little touristy place like the House of Marbles, we shall certainly return very soon

We have been here a few times now and have alwayd found the food to be of a very high standard, although a bit on the pricy side. There is always a wide range of sandwiches, hot & cold food and desserts are simply divine! All home made and imaginitive. My husband had the fishcakes and they were simply delicious. I had a ploughmans - the plate was overflowing! Good, crusty bread, still warm from the oven and lovely local cheese. You can spend an afternoon here. There is always something new to see. Try the coffee and have a slice of home made cake - you will be spolt for choice.

This is somewhere that should not be rushed - spend time in front of the marble run machines, trying to work out where they will go next! Interesting marble history museum, plus a glass-blowing demonstration area.

Extensive shop - some very expensive glass pieces, but lots of more affordable items.

Lovely cafe, with outside seating as well - the cream tea is highly recommended!

Often meet friends here for lunch which is always lovely. to look aound the shop is a good experience. the marble run on the wall going upstairs is a must to watch i spend ages watching this. There is some unusual resonably priced toys for the kids, cant wait to go and see the singing chistmast tree.
