We first visited back in April 2012 on a weeks holiday to Paignton and we walked to Brixham along the coastal path. It was a lovely reward when we got there and found The Blue Anchor. Being real ale fans it was lovely to taste some local beers. We stayed for a couple of hours chatting with the locals and was made to feel very welcome. We returned to Brixham in October for a weeks holiday there, and our first stop was the pub. There was a beer festival on and we managed to get a taste of quite a few different beers. Again the locals made us feel very welcome and we are looking forward to returning at Easter next year.
