“A gem of a find!”
Reviewed August 29, 2012

Happened upon this wonderful cafe when leaving Croyde Bay and stopped for breakfast (good job there was a sign on the road or we certainly would have missed it!). So nice to find a locally owned business with home cooked, fairtrade food and excellent service. Comfortable sofas/chairs (we sat inside, though outside seating is available), clean and tidy with a brilliant age range of customers using the cafe. The experience was excellent, just the way I want to spend a lazy morning - eating breakfast, drinking good coffee, reading the paper and listening to great tunes! Felt like a home from home.

“Lovely place to have coffee and relax”
Reviewed August 21, 2012

The setting can be a little off-putting as it is in the corner of a shopping precinct and their outdoor seating is in the car park, but don't let this deter you from going in as they offer a wide range of hot and cold drinks at average prices. Friendly service.

We stumbled across this beautiful little cafe whilst looking for somewhere to have breakfast close to Croyde beach. It is a lovely little cafe with a welcoming vibe. The choice of smoothies, milkshakes and coffees was very good. The breakfasts were of excellent quality made by efficient and friendly staff. In fact the experience was so good that we returned on two further consecutive days, which meant a 45 minute round trip. They are children friendly and have very clean facilities. The vibe was very chilled too, which really put us in the holiday mood. Thank you - we will be back!

“Tucked away cafe worth a visit”
Reviewed July 17, 2012 via mobile

You will find this cafe tucked away in Braunton to the right of the main car park in a small cul de sac of shops. only had breakfast but this place is well decorated with good comfortable furniture , the food was fresh well cooked you will certainly be impressed by the look inside and outside of the Wild Thyme really liked the presentation of the kitchen area and menu has something for everyone , will go back for sure , they are open evenings on Fridays and Saturday's I noticed for evening meals and the menu I looked at was very appealing .
