There are two rooms, we stayed in the room with a double bed and a single bed as there were 3 of us. The bed was comfy and room was cosy with up to date good quality furnishings. The room although not the biggest room we have stayed in looked alot nicer than in the photos, very clean, good quality, sparking new bathroom. Good supply of coffee hot choc tea and biscuits!

The owner Kari was friendly and helpful and each morning to start the breakfast there was melon with either strawberries or blackberries which was a lovely touch before tucking into various cereals, yogurt and a full english breakfast also Kari asked one morning if my daughter would like a smoothie and croissant for a change instead of the full breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful owner, fabulous garden, definitely would go back.

Clean, fresh, understated luxury, run by exceptional hosts, who actually listen to your needs. Sparkling bathroom, chic bedroom, finest breakfast, anything you want, but we enjoyed fresh tasty produce and homemade jams. Would highly recommend. Will return ourselves!

What great service i recieved with extra considerate touches. De-icig my car in the morning was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast room and bedroom were perfect. Kari was so kind.

It was my 50th birthday and a friend recommended Folly Farm as it was near the sea with plenty of coastal paths to explore. Karen the owner was very friendly and had a vast amount of knowledge of the area and suggested plenty of out of the way places to visit which we wouldn't have known about had she not suggested them. She found out it was my birthday and laid on a special breakfast for us. I had Bucks Fizz to drink followed by a choice of local free range eggs, smoked salmon and spinach from her garden. My husband had her full english breakfast which he said was cooked to perfection.(He's a chef so has high standards!) We were lucky enough to have had a beautiful sunny morning so we had our breakfast in their garden which was full of lovely flowers bursting with colour and admired her beautiful vegtable garden. Her dog called Florence was a delight to watch which led to much laughter. My husband and I have stayed in many bed and breakfast places and both agree that Folly Farm was a wonderful experiance. The coffee was also very good and we had a good choice of herbal teas or smoothies which was again from fruits from her garden.
