“Wonderful holiday experience in every way”
Reviewed May 2, 2016 for a stay in April 2016

I stayed with a group of friends and my first impression of the view from the panoramic window was breathtaking. The Devon scenery is magnificent and can't fail to amaze one - but sitting in the dining area and looking out over the garden at the bay and beyond was to be remembered.

The house is very comfortable and well-appointed – seeming to have everything to hand for a memorable stay. The kitchen has all (and more than) one needs. The bedrooms and beds are of the finest I've slept in. Waking to the quiet morning views was something we all loved and commented on. Breakfast with dear friends and stunning views, what more could I ask for?

Plenty of informative household information was provided and the house is spotless in every way.

Truly a holiday destination to remember!

“First Class”
Reviewed April 12, 2016 for a stay in August 2015

Our family of seven adults and two toddlers stayed here for one week. This is fabulous in every sense.Beautiful kitchen, dining room and tv room with views out to sea.Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms.Plenty of space for a large family to enjoy a lovely holiday.Parking for cars off road. The biggest child friendly beach you could wish for is just a couple of minutes walk down the hill.
The house is looked after by a very nice lady and her husband,we had a small problem with the rubbish as l think the dustman forgot us,but after a phone call it was dealt with straight away.
Would definitely stay here again.

“Superb”
Reviewed July 6, 2015 for a stay in June 2015

What can you say about this superb house, there was 4 generations staying here ages ranging fro 4 months to 83 and there was something for everyone. The space downstairs was fantastic and the views as you were sitting at the dining table second to none. My son and family had the annexe which suited them very well and all the bedrooms in the main house were proportioned very well. Once stepping inside you were in awe of everything and you wanted nothing else. The short walk to the beach was great and due to the weather, a good few hours were spent on the beach building sandcastles with our 4 year old granddaughter.
We would like to thank Mike and Farhana for allowing us to use this beautiful house for a week and we will definitely return in the near future

“Amazing house and location”
Reviewed June 2, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We booked Seaview for a weeks holiday in May 2015 and were not disappointed.

The house itself is absolutely perfect and well proportioned. The bedrooms were really clean and tidy and the beds were extremely comfortable. We rent a lot of holiday homes and usually my one complaint is the beds - but not this time.

Th house is very well equipped and you will want for nothing .The use of the annex was perfect for my brother and his wife who sometimes needed to get away from the noise of our children .

Our party age ranged from 5 to 80 and everyone loved the house and the location. There was something for everyone and the house was so Much space you never felt cramped.

Funny enough I had never heard of Bigbury On Sea but it is stunning and the view from the house is inspiring and beautiful.

Make sure you take the sea tractor to Burgh Island and grab a pint or two at the 13th century pub there.

We had dinner one night at the Journeys End pub which was delicious.

All in all the location was above and beyond our expectations and will be back for another visit .

The owners were great and really quick to response to enquiries and incredibly helpful.

This house is beautiful, all the inside is done in very high quality fittings, the view is to die for just couldn't stop looking out of the huge windows, we all fell in love with it and nobody wanted to leave if I won the Lottery I would love to buy it no chance, all my family want to go back next year which we will be doing, this house is not to be missed, a very warm welcome from Allan and Maggie when we arrived + a lovely cream tea with home made scones.
FAB.

This is our second year at Seaview and once again we weren't disappointed. The property commands a high vantage point looking down on the bay and I could sit for hours watching the view.

Would I recommend this property, absolutely, in fact we've already booked for next year.
