“consistently good and friendly”
Reviewed August 9, 2012

Last week i lunched here and found it to be as good as ever. You cant beat
authentic,well-prepared food served pleasantly and efficiently. Its also nice to
see that plenty local workers eat here rather than it being exclusively geared
towards tourists. They serve a really nice cider to accompany your meal-a nice
alternative to wine or soft driinks. Its great to see a place lasting so long-a
testament to a winning formula,id say!!!

“Good, honest home cooked food & very good value”
Reviewed July 10, 2012

This is a family run, Bistro style restaurant. Friendly service with excellent, freshly prepared, home cooked food, very reasonably priced and unpretencious. Although specialising in crepes and galletes they also have a selection of other dishes on the menu and a very reasonably priced 3 course menu with a number of options. We ate at several places during our visit but kept coming back here. We really can't fault it and highly recommend it.

“Curious mix of creperie and 60's throwback”
Reviewed April 15, 2012

If you want a good, honest French creperie with the usual selection of sweet and savouries, then come here. Small, friendly, excellent value. Some non-crepe items on the menu felt like a bit of a throwback to the 60's, but they won't hurt you and you might even feel a bit nostalgic. Highly recommended.

“Best restaurant in Guernsey”
Reviewed June 15, 2011

We've visited Guernsey three times since 2006, and every time La Creperie has been by far the best restaurant we've visted. Delicious food, freshly cooked, friendly service and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for more. Carlos and Maria have a little gem of a restaurant.

“Best crepes and galettes in Guernsey, with friendly service”
Reviewed May 6, 2011

May 2011
This is an excellent place for good food modestly priced. Located 100 meters up from Boots and 100 meters down from the Old Government House Hotel, this restaurant has a cosy warm atmosphere. They are open from 12-2p for lunch and 6:30-10p for dinner. We recently ordered from Carlos’ delightful array of available crepes and galettes two evenings running. The food was delicious with some wine to chase it down, and Maria provided friendly attentive service each evening. If you want a quiet meal whether for 2 or for the whole family, this place is well worth the visit while you are in St. Peter Port, Guernsey. Eating here is a pleasure.
