Thanks Radisson Blu - we had a great 4 night stay - the weather was mixed so we made use of hotel services a bit more than we might have otherwise - and they were first class.

A 1 bedroom suite for 3 adults - the pull-out king size sofa bed in the lounge was extremely comfortable - daughter said it was best sleep she'd had for ages. The floor to ceiling windows looking over the bay felt like a cruise ship.

Main bedroom was very comfortable as well - great sleep for us as well.

Breakfast very tasty each day - great scrambled eggs, lovely thick bacon.

We had Easter Sunday lunch for 8 of us - children's play area was just brill - kept the 3 year old in the party amused all lunch. Food was simply delightful. Presentation was lovely. Staff were great - very helpful and very cheerful.

We also ate in the bar a couple of times - very very tasty fresh food - and again staff were very helpful and cheerful.

Enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

Overall - a great hotel = thoroughly enjoyed it.

Room Tip: Loved the 1 bed suite - worked wonderfully for our family of 3 adults

We stayed a long weekend over Easter. There were 5 of us and we stayed in the business class rooms. The staff at this hotel are super, they really make you feel welcome and will don their best to solve any issues. The cocktail bar is good value in the evening, there is nothing finer than sitting on the terrace with the sun in your face and a cocktail in your hand. The beds are really comfortable. the only thing that is not up to scratch is the leisure area. The pool is tiny and there is no jacuzzi. I guess they did not spend the money on this area as Aqua world is next door.

Room Tip: Go for the business class rooms facing the sea.

Excellent Hotel, Close to town center. Great Staff ! Always helpful. My Wife had forgotton her Handbag (had all the passports, and stuff).
Informed reception and they were able to immediately return it to me !
Food in the Grill was amazing.
The DJ (on fridays ) plays music only for a couple of hours and shuts shop at 8.00.
A Good base to explore Jersey and St.Helier.
I'd hired a Ford Fiesta as the weather was not that great (rain and sunshine and chilly winds) and paid around £75 all inclusive with half a tank of petrol. good decision !
Very pretty Island with Friendly people and great Views !
Fabulous food at the Beach house restaurant.

Stayed here for a 3nt break and we were generally pleased with the Hotel. Thought the room , although clean and well presented , was quite basic. Very limited wardrobe space and no drawer space at all. It sort of reminded me of an upmarket Premier Inn, probably more suited to a short business trip than a family holiday. The bathroom was spotless with good towels and a nice selection of toiletries. Particularly liked the way the fridge was left empty in the room for your own use or you could choose to pay and have it filled by the Hotel. And the provision of an ice bucket in the room and ice maker in each corridor, for guest use, was also a good idea. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in and the bedding was of a very good quality.
We arrived in our hire car Friday morning to check in and really struggled to find a place to park. The car park was just about full and as it turned out this was because the Hotel was holding 2 conferences and people attending were using the car park. After being out in the car most of the day we returned after 5pm to find the car park still completey full and it was just our luck that a member of staff was pulling out that we managed to get a space.
Saturday night, fortunately, we took a Taxi and went into St Helier for a meal leaving the car in the car park. When we returned to the Hotel later that evening a huge function was going on which seemed to be taking over most of the Hotel. Car Park was full again and there was very loud music playing which seemed to go on till quite late.We could still hear it up in our room, it was impossible to sleep with a window open.
We did feel that these functions and conferences could be an inconvenience to the Hotel Guest .

We had lovely weather during our stay and it was very pleasant to sit outside, with a drink on the Hotel Terrace, looking over the Marina. We would go back again but it wouldn't be my first choice of Hotel in St Helier.

Hi, thank you for your review. We’re really glad to see that overall you had a good stay with us. We understand that it can become frustrating when our car park is full as we do have a limited number of spaces but we hope this did not cause too much inconvenience. We hope that on your next visit to Jersey that you will stay with us again.

Have just stayed at this fantastic hotel for the last 7 nights. Hotel is in a suberb location about 5 minutes walk from the centre of St Helier. The room was very spacious and the sea view made it even more special. Bed - soft and comfortable. Facilities included a coffee machine, plus all the usual bits and pieces. Excellent house keeping throughout. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and the waiters competent and polite. Just ask if you want fried or poached eggs as these are by request. The scrambled egg is very tasty - creamy just like it should be. Reception staff prepared to go the extra mile, makes all the difference. Only one flip side, the bar menu is abit pricey, but probably on a par with other hotels in the area so not that bad. Not the cheapest hotel on the island, but well worth the expense. Would highly recommend.

Myself and my partner could not fault this hotel. The standard room was clean, bright & spacious and had a fantastic view across the marina to Elizabeth Castle. The breakfast selection was varied and of a good quality, as was the meal we had one evening at their restaurant. Of particular note was the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, whatever their position. Excellent.

I stayed here on business, I didn't ever feel awkward even though I am a female traveller - sometimes it is intimidating eating or drinking - not here. I had everything I wanted in my room but was quite happy having a drink in the bar on my own too.
It is in a lovely osition where a large amoint of rooms look over the bay to a castle or folly.
They have an amazing room that they use for conferences and events called Le Hoc I think. Stunning, circular, panoramic - one of the best views on the island - their best kept sectret I think. It would be the perfect room for a special occassion (has an amazing light) coctails overlooking the bay...perfect.

Room Tip: Choose one overlooking the bay - actually, mine wasn't and I was still very happy.
