We stayed at the Spa hotel for 4 nights and found this hotel to very modern and from the first day to the last all the staff were very friendly and very, very helpful.
Free wiFi all over the hotel and a honesty bar that was refreshing.
Bedrooms highest quality with modern with excellent cleanliness the bed sheets changed every day with turn down service the room maid's eye for detail was first class although we did not see her once to thank her for her service. the bathrooms a little on the small size but modern.

Breakfasts were continental in style a little short on variety but the service again very good.
Did not use the inside pool as i kept missing the opening times but did manage to sit by the out side pool, the pool deck is a sun trap in the afternoon but the pool is not heated so was very cold.

( management think about pool heating then it would be perfect)

We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey

The good points: Excellent reception staff, friendly and helpful; well appointed rooms with modern style ;high quality bathroom ; inside pool ,not large but not busy and relaxing; a popular spa;excellent bar food which is of the highest quality and reasonably priced;( as an alternative to the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel); good location only 10 minutes walk to bus station and centre of St. Helier;free wi-fi; housekeeping and turn-down service of very high standard.
Negatives? Only the beds feel a little small and the inclusive continental breakfast a little short on variety( though you can pay extra for cooked breakfast)
We stayed five nights on this first visit to Jersey and enjoyed this hotel very much. It is an interesting island both scenic( outside St Helier), the Lavender Farm a good example, and there are historical sights to visit including castles and the War Tunnels. We walked to the bus station and took the excellent local buses to many parts.
Restaurant prices in Jersey quite high for average "bistro" cooking and wine prices too we thought, so a good option is eating from the bar food menu in the hotel: comes from same kitchen as the Michelin starred "Bohemia" restaurant and is reasonably priced as are the bar prices and wines .
I certainly highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey

Room Tip: Higher floors likely to be quieter

We have visited this excellent boutique hotel with central location in St Helier for the second time.
The first time we were given a complimentary upgrade which was very nice.
The rooms are modern, clean with luxury bathrooms. The toiletteries are from L'Occitane and every evening there was a turn down service wirh home made shortbread.
Service friendly and relaxed. Breakfast a litttle disappointing. Cooked breakfast only with additional charge which for the high price of the room not good value for money.
Weekend visit was a little loud due to good weather with a lot of people eating out on the terrace. We enjoyed our stay .

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and after having to change rooms once at the start, found the accommodation extremely comfortable for our weekend break & all staff were very helpful. The beds are some of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Breakfasts were continental in style and perfectly adequate for what we wanted. We used the pool once and the sauna and it was very dark down there in the spa area! I would also say that the hotel at times seemed very soulless. Regards the location we would think again if we were to return to Jersey. Having explored other areas of the island there are far more pretty places to stay in small bays such as Gorey or on St Brelade beach which was lovely. St Helier appreared run down in parts to us and there was nowhere particularly pretty within walking distance of the hotel. All in all if you absolutely have to/want to stay in St Helier this would definitiely be a wise choice but personally we would opt to stay out of the main town.

We stayed at The Club Hotel and Spa from 11th June for 3 nights.
It was a great hotel, nice room overlooking small sheltered outdoor pool.
Staff all very polite and helpful. Breakfast very good. We ate in the Bohemia Restaurant which was excellent but expensive.
Hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of shops, bars etc.
We liked the honesty bar.

Hotel & facilities wonderful, excellent value.
A tour round hotel & complimentary glass of bubbly welcomes you. Shown to room at back of hotel overlooking pool. Room spacious and well appointed. Continental breakfast plentiful with option of cooked breakfast as extra but didn't need it. Staff friendly but unobtrusive. Used pool, steam room etc small but sufficient, can use morning & evening
