A delicious breakfast with great value for money. We had a leisurely Saturday breakfast in the café. Excellent food & service & for £5.25 for an English breakfast with tea, toast & preserves in such pleasant surroundings is good news for all concerned. It wasn't too busy but enough people dining. We will be back!

This is a beautiful hotel. If you can - upgrade to a gold, the silver rooms were a bit small for 2 people (we had to be VERY TIDY!). Lovely touches such as chocolate on pillow at night, being able to request fresh milk instead of sachets etc.. The spa offered some different features such as the relaxation room with hot stone beds - my husband didnt want to get off it. We were glad we had a inside room on the 4th floor which was very quiet and we dont like too much noise. The beds were very comfy with extremely soft sheets. The views from the restaurant and roof terrace were pretty definitely recommend it.

This is my 2nd review on this hotel,we stayed from 20 - 24 aug in plat room 204 .the room is large and has wonderful views over the square and marina you have to watch which nights you stay as Friday and Saturday can be noisy in the square below but the window are very good at stopping most of this .The food is to die for from breakfast to evening meal service is very good a bit pricey but all good things cost.the house maids are also very good towels changed as often you want them also the beds every day.The only difference in my last review is that the sun shone every day which made it a wonderful holiday.

Spent 3 nights here and had a lovely time with 3 friends
The hotel is lovely, superb breakfast on the first floor of the hotel with good views Our rooms were in the new part of the hotel on the 4th floor - lovely wide corridors - bedrooms were very clean with comfy beds. ~Would definitely go again Nothing too much trouble for the staff - booked tables for our evening meals in various restaurants.

Stayed here in August for 8 days whilst on Holiday in Jersey. Good Hotel, centrally located close to the Harbour and next door to the Jersey Museum. We took the advice of other travellers and requested a high floor, which we were given. Friday and Saturday Nights are very lively in St Helier, and the bar at the front of the Hotel gets very busy. There are several night clubs nearby so it can get a little loud and busy outside the hotel. For those interested there is a decent CAMRA pub just around the corner serving a good variety of real ales, and the kebab shop opposite the pub isn't too bad either. We had a steak in the Hotel Grill Restaurant which was very good, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent range of choices. It was a good hotel, and we would definitely stay there again. Car Parking is an issue, but the public Pier Road car park is not that far away, although you do have to get used to the Jersey parking scratchcard system, which is a bit confusing for the tourists, but no fault of the hotel :0)

Room Tip: Choose a high floor, and the rooms overlooking the Museum are more attractive than the ones on the o...

Spent a lovely week here, stayed in a platinum room which is worth the extra good size room and luxurious bathroom. Our balcony overlooked the square and was immediately above the bars and restaurant. We had no noise issues once the doors were closed and had a great view for people watching from our balcony.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was very good with the option of sitting outside on the balcony weather permitting. We had a meal in the Sirocco restaurant which, though not cheap, was very good.
Great location for town and getting about, would definitly stop here again,

We booked in January for 1 week and got a good discount which was lovely , I asked for flowers & champagne in the room which turned out to be lovely and the flowers lasted the whole week!!
I had booked dinner in the main restaurant Scirocco, which turned out to be very good .
The staff from the moment we walked in to the moment we left were superb, polite and very helpful !
The breakfasts were very good with very good service for a buffet style with plenty of staff to help with anything .
The spa is one of the best i have been into in the UK again with great staff and very fresh and clean , the gym is just superb very well equipped with LIFESTYLE kit. Lovely sauna and steam .
There is a good choice within the hotel as to where to eat and drink , with private bar and lounge area for residents .
I would return .

Room Tip: Always ask for the top high rooms if you are at the front
