A very enjoyable stay at this mostly excellent hotel, just beware that if you come in your own car make sure you have the Jersey Parking Vouchers before you start your visit, our hire car co did not warn us which made it difficult initially especially as the nearest parking to the hotel is some distance and up hill.
I would suggest if you stay you upgrade your room as the basic rooms in the older part of the hotel although functional are very tiny for a hotel of this standard.
The rest of the hotel is very good with good food and excellent and attentive staff, a nice indoor pool and spa if weather is bad but very convient for town and shops.

Room Tip: Keep away from the old part of the hotel particularly those overlooking the street

We have stayed in the Royal Yacht a few times before and chose to return for a restful holiday in Jersey. This visit we went for the platinum room which was great for sitting in the afternoon sunshine and watching the world go by. The location is handy and the facilities are of a high standard; the pool and steam room/sauna are welcomed after a long walk. It is a fun place to stay with lots of options.

Room Tip: Go for the best room you can afford, as it is worth paying for the better located rooms.

Staying for 3 nights at this spacious and well appointed hotel. Excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms, plenty of choice for food and bars. We have a gold twin on the 4th floor overlooking an internal courtyard, very quiet. Spa area very relaxing. A super place for a short break. St Helier a little disappointing in terms of not having any waterside bars/restaurants. Can't fault the hotel.
