We had a pleasant stay at this town centre hotel. We booked three rooms for the family they were adequate, had huge beds. Bathrooms a bit on the small side. The only downside to room 130 was the smell of nicotine/smoke as soon as you went into the room. The facilities were very good. Nice pool inside and out and restaurant and bar areas nice. Carlos the barman very obliging. great buffet breakfast. Downside was wifi only available in reception and bar. Car parking was tight and a few time car park was full up with no spaces available to use. Overall a pleasant stay though. this was our first visit to Jersey and would return again.

We stayed here for a week during the May spring bank holiday. Me & hubby, daughter & hubby with a 1yr old baby and another daughter with a 9yr old son. Staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful from day 1. Lots of help with cases to our rooms. We had a balcony room which was a lovely suntrap when we got back late afternoon. Two other rooms (1 with double bed & cot and one twin) were along a corridor on the same floor again overlooking the pool. Beds really comfy and rooms had tea/coffee tray, hairdryer and trouser press. Towels changed daily and everywhere really clean. Breakfast very good with a good choice of hot food, cereals, yoghurt, croissants, rolls, grapefruit etc and as much tea/coffee and toast as you wanted. Again staff very friendly and excellent service.

We didn't use the restaurant at night as we all wanted different things but did use the bar/pub food and had the steak a couple of times, excellent value for £6.75 including chips or potatoes, salad & bread etc. Pizza was good too and they're happy to do child portions. Fatima looked after us really well.

We used the indoor pool most mornings, lovely & warm. I also used the jaccuzzi but a shame my 9yr grandson couldn't go in (no under 16s) but it was lovely. The outdoor pool looked good but was very cold!

Hotel very central and very easy to walk into the centre. We loved Jersey and as we'd taken our cars on the ferry did get around the island quite a bit. We'd definitely go again and would stay at the Apollo .... from all the Miller/Noon/Birch/Biggs family a big thankyou.. We loved it!

Room Tip: rooms overlooking the pool are great

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend 17th-19th May. Hotel staff were very acommodating, nothing too much trouble. Bedroom was very well prepared, and included tea and coffee. I did think that some biscuits would have been a nice touch. The bathroom however looked rather tired and indeed some refurbishment would not have gone amiss. The breakfast was extremely good, with lots to choose from, I have had a lot worse at 4 and 5star hotels over the years.
It is only a short distance from town centre (walking), as are most places really. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, both clean and well serviced. I would stay here again and would reccommend it for a stay.

The apollo is a nice hotel, conveniently located a few minutes walk from the centre of St Hellier. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although we arrived a couple of hours before check-in, allowed us to change and use some of the facilities.
The room was comfortable and well appointed, with tea & coffee, toiletries, trouser press etc.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now & the service is consistently good every time we visit. Have stayed at a few hotels in St Helier & this is easily the best. The staff are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It is only a few minutes walk into the centre of town which makes it handy for restaurants but actually dining in the restaurant at the hotel is well worth stopping in for as the food is excellent. The restaurant manager deserves a special mention as he is extremely good at his job. Rooms are large & well equipped, what else could you ask for in a relaxing break.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the pool

We have stayed many times in St Helier and this is by far the best hotel i have stayed in.It is in an excellent location, literally 5 minutes from the centre of town.it is large and spacious with a lovely heated indoor pool,a jacuzzi and a gym,all free of charge.Great outdoor pool outside with free sunbeds. We were bed and breakfast and the food was good quality and plentiful.and several fellow guests mentioned how good the breakfast was.All of the rooms very clean, throughout the hotel. Our room was quite large with tv,tea and coffee, trouser press and hairdryer.Beds lovely and comfortable.Always plenty of hot water in bathroom.Staff always helpful, especially at reception.Couldnt find anything at all to find fault with including the price. We only stayed 3 nights over the May Bank Holiday weekend but are booking a week there in the summer because we had such a good time there. Not only was the location excellent but the hotel has its own sports bar attached showing all the football!!And plenty of bars and restuarants within yards of the hotel.Highly recommend
