The food was better than the ambience. In fact, the fish was excellent - we all had it. Family-run establishment, with excellent service. I had the pan-fried sea bass - I'd go so far as to say it was the best I had ever had anywhere. The sardines were up to the Portuguese standard. The plaice was delicious - freshly caught and freshly cooked. Be sure to be hungry when you come here because the meals come with large portions of chips, rice and salad. Reasonably priced with a good wine list.
