“Most awesome meal.”
Reviewed April 8, 2014

Went to Sirocco restaurant on Monday 7th April. Was made to feel very relaxed by head waiter Peter.
Was given time to choose from the great looking menu and wine list. Before being shown to our window table.
I had the fillet of mackerel for starters followed by the Dingley Dell roast pork which was by far the best i've ever tasted. And for dessert i picked the cheese selection.
The team of Chefs were fantastic and presented the food perfectly.

I've lived in Jersey all my life and i can say truthfully this was one of the best meals ever. So if your visiting Jersey or live here please go and try this restaurant you won't regret it.

“60 +”
Reviewed March 17, 2014

I held a 60th Birthday dinner for some close friends which were preceded by a wine tasting in the Wine Cellar. The whole evening surpassed my expectations. The wine tasting was impeccably organised and introduced us to a couple of unexpected choices which were lovely. The dinner and atmosphere in the refurbished restaurant was first class both in terms of quality and presentation. To top it all the service was top notch, unobtrusive but always available. All in all an excellent evening, and one which I have no hesitation recommending to others. Could this be another Michelin star restaurant in the making for the island? If this standard can be maintained then it is a clear yes!

“One of the nicest meals ever”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

Visited as a couple and ate from the table d'hote menu 3 courses £27.50. It was absolutely excellent especially the haddock fishcake with duck egg on top starter, followed by black bream main. Would strongly recommend that you visit at least once if you are staying in St Hellier.

“Excellent attention to detail”
Reviewed March 16, 2014 via mobile

We ate here for dinner on Saturday 15th March and were impressed by the excellent service and attention to guest satisfaction. The table d'hote menu at £27:50pp for 3 courses was a snip and well worth it. As if this was not enough an Amuse-Bouche tantalised our taste buds beforehand. The starter was excellent, main course outstanding however the dessert was lacking in splendour (but still not bad). Well worth a visit should you find yourself in Jersey

“Fantastic service”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

I haven't been to Sirrocco since the refurbishment. I have always liked the food but found the atmosphere to lack something. However I visited Sirocco for a friends birthday last night and it was a fantastic experience. Prior to dinner we had a private wine tasting in the cellar which is an intimate room near the restaurant. I would strongly recommend you go and book it. Peter our wine expert was very informal and it was a fun experience learning about the wine. It was a lovely start to our evening. Dinner was for 10 of us and the service was exceptional. There seems to be a different feel about the staff. Everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing. They were very knowledgeable recommending after dinner drinks. My partner who never shifts from drinking beer had a wonderful brandy and he enjoyed it. The guests did enjoy the food and watching a steak being flambeed at your table made it more special. There was a small issue of my pumpkin and blue cheese frittata lacking a blue cheese taste. The jersey blue was too subtle to the point of non existant. However this was rectified and the staff again were exceptional with the service. Marvin a relatively new member of the staff strongly wanted to improve my experience. To be fair this blip didnt spoil the experience. I would definately recommend you to try this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service outstanding and the atmosphere super. For a special occasion don't forget to book wine tasting in the cellar, you wont be disappointed.
