Just returned from a 3 night break at this Hotel. My husband emailed ahead to request a sea view room if poss as it was a birthday treat. On arrival we were quickly checked in and headed to our room (276) A beautiful room over looking St.Brelades Bay also a bottle of red wine & a birthday card! Thank you very much! Rooms were excellent tea, coffee, fresh milk, comfy bed & pillows, hairdryer, bathrobes etc etc! We used the pool but not the gym, it's just been refurbed and looked good. Breakfast couldn't be better, everything you could wish for! Had a drink or 2! In the bar and enjoyed the 'piano lady' All in all a great break. Thank you!

Room Tip: Seaview if possible, a lovely view to wake upto.

Spent a long weekend here, visiting family. Hotel is in a perfect location, directly on the beach of a beautiful bay. The staff were outstanding; they were friendly, helpful and courteous. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. Ever. Like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent. Beautiful swimming pool and spa facilities. All round, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: I was sorry I hadn't booked a room with a sea view. The rooms on the ground floor looked lovely.

Stayed 3 nights 17th - 20th March.
Hotel is easy to find and has plenty of parking. Hotel is very nice inside and all modern. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. None at all were ignorant or looked fed up.
My room was a sea view balcony room which was very modern and clean bar a slightly dusty area on the headboard. Other than that it was spotless.
The tv was large and had plently of channels including sky sports and there was also a dvd player. Hotel wi-fi was fine and there were plently of coffee / tea and hot chocolate etc.
There was also a fridge in the room with plenty of milk and water inside.
The bed was very very soft and comfy and good pillows.
I was on a DBB rate and found the food on all 3 nights to be of good quality. The breakfasts were also good. The charge for evening meals was £30 for a 3 course which is not too bad.
Drinks were average hotel price.
Room tray charge was £3 which is not too steep.
Overall I found the hotel to exceed my expectations and although slightly more expensive than those I usually use I would highly recommend it.

What a nice hotel this is.

The reception staff were warm and welcoming on arrival and indeed throughout our three night stay could not have been more helpful.

Our room had a balcony offering a sea view - see pic below for the view. What a glorious stretch of golden sand to walk on. This would be a great place to bring children.

We only had breakfast and an evening meal in the hotel once during our stay. No complaints at all with the food - breakfast is not for the faint hearted if you have the full English!!

It was so good weare planning to return later in the year

Room Tip: Take a room with a seaview

Stayed here for 1 night (weekend) and had a lovely relaxing weekend.Had an overnight stay which included a 2 course meal and breakfast. The food is of a very good quality and we enjoyed everything we had, the breakfast in particular was probably one of the best i've had.The staff were very helpful polite and would do anything they could to help you.we did find that the wine prices were a bit over the top but we still bought a bottle as we do love our wine , we overheard a couple moaning about the price of the wine and most people were only drinking water with their meal.(cheapest bottle of red was about £24 i think) so it would be expensive if you were there for a week or so. The Hotel is right on the beach and our room was overlooking it which was lovely i think it would be beautiful in the summer. We used the indoor pool, steam room and sauna which were all very nice and what you would expect, you could use the bathrobes in your room and take the lift straight down to the pool which was also very good. Had a fridge, iron, hairdryer, kettle, and even a half litre of Jersey milk in the room so very pleased with that.We got a bus from St.Helier to the Hotel which cost £1.80 each and it took about 30 minutes to get there, not a lot around the Hotel so would be advisable to have a car if staying for more than 2 or 3 days.

We stayed for one night recently to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Check in was smooth, and the porter Carl was very pleasant and took an interest in us while showing us to our room. A nice surprise to find a card from the manager and a bottle of wine in the room.

The view was so lovely, even on a foggy day. The room was clean and fairly spacious and the shower was powerful. There was an empty coke can on the balcony which is no biggie but some more picky people might think so!

We weren't inspired by the menu at the restaurant so ate out, but plenty of choice at breakfast and we enjoyed the pool/sauna/steam room facilities.

The room was extremely hot at night and there is no air con or fan provided. This seems to be a common theme with Jersey hotels unfortunately. I dread to think what it must be like in summer. We weren't able to open the door to the balcony because of people shouting.

Overall, a pleasant stay though :)

This was my 2nd stay here on business. It is by far the nicest hotel I have stayed in on Jersey. I try to avoid St Helier if possible as parking is a nightmare. to summarise, beautiful location right on the beach, spotlessly clean, lovely well-appointed rooms, excellent wi-fi (free), lovely food (I found the portions in the bar to be more than ample), well equipped gym and spa, extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast lovely. Staff are all friendly and helpful. I cannot fault the hotel and look forward to coming back.
