(feb 2013)have just had 4 nights there, very welcoming on arrival, everyting explained nicely, its very friendly, staff are excellent, accomodation was comfortable, hotel is in a nice setting, seems to cater for all age groups, We only had breakfasts there, but couldnt fault it, full English and plenty of it, Evening meal menu looked good, but we chose to be out in the evenings, used the hotel bar a couple of times, it was very pleasant, but quiet, but most likely due to it being out of season. Nothing seemed to be a trouble, staff were keen to help and provide good service,
Breakfast finnishes at 10am , so does ceck out, half hour difference would help, but didnt get the impression they would have been that concerned had we been slightly over,
We will definitely recommend it and will most likely visit again, We visited here after booking a package deal with Condor ferries, excellent value for money.

Room Tip: upper floors , possibly overlooking the car park, its on main road wic may be bussier later in te se...

We stayed here on the cheap after buying something on a voucher website, I had friends and family stay a few years ago stating it was outdated. On arrival the welcome hall was very modern with marble flooring, very clean and. Airy. The staff (although all with a very Eastern European accent which isn't bad just hard to understand at points, never a bad thing at all!) we're very very friendly, explained everything, breakfast dinner times etc. we were then escourted to our room on the very top floor, over looking the pool and grass. We walked in and were greeted with a very clean modern room, complete with pictures of miss Monroe and miss Hepburn. The room was very spacious, with a double bed and two sofas, a to and a large mirror. The bathroom was as fantastic, no downfall at all with the room, apart for the window wouldn't stay open, which we ring to reception and a member of the staff was up within 30 seconds out of breath and sorted it within another minute. Brilliant. Very apologetic and offered us a free drink at the bar.

We spent the day by the pool and room. When it came to dinner the showers where hot and again staff friendly, the food wasn't perfect but. Nice enough. The drinks were cheap for a place in jersey. After the three course meal we had a game of pool in the games room which although was cramped worked out well for us and staff would happily change pound notes for coins to pay with.

The bed was very comfy and warm had no complaints.

In the morning checkout was easy and straightforward.

Overall one of the best places I've stayed in jersey!

Alovely attractive, clean, and friendly hotel. The food is super, we attended a party on one of our evenings stay, for 63 people, it was faultlessly catered for. The rooms are very comfortable, and we would be more than happy to come back again. A quiet country location, with very friendly helpful staff. Phone hotel direct for best prices on rooms.
