Our first night in Ireland could not have been better. Ann and Ger were perfect hosts. Ann helped us plan our activities and organised our dinner reservation. A purpose built B & B, with lots of space and excellent facilities. The B & B is close to restaurant facilities, only 500m to the Heather and close to walks and historic buildings. Throughly enjoyed our visit, unfortuantely it was too short.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.

My husband, son, and I stayed at Bramble Rock our second night in Ireland. After a long and rainy drive to Co. Wicklow, we were pleasantly surprised with the personal welcome by Ann. She brought us tea and hot chocolate and stayed to chat. The setting was lovely with views of the Wicklow Mountains, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious, and Ann taught me how to "open" the soft boiled eggs so I could dip the soldiers (strips of toast) to dip in them. Delightful! If we are fortunate enough to visit Ireland again, we will definitely stay at Bramble Rock.

Very comfortable, clean & welcoming room. Their property is beautiful as well. We had fun walking around it in the evening. Ann & Ger are the nicest hosts you will EVER find. Ann helped us plan our activities for the area & made our dinner reservations at the Wicklow Heather for us (which was delicious). Our breakfast was the best we had while visiting Ireland sooooo good. Ann even packed us a sack lunch since we would be traveling.... it was as good as our breakfast. We will definately be staying at the Bramble Rock when we return to Ireland. Thanks Ann & Ger for a wonderful stay! Look forward to seeing you again some day!

Thank you so much for the lovely stay, Ann! I really enjoyed talking with you and staying at your lovely home. Ann is an impeccable hostess and Ger and magnificent cook. The location is perfect for hiking in Glendalough. The room was clean and comfortable. I just wish I could have stayed three nights instead of two!

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed at. Ann Duffy was extreamly welcoming. She adapted to meet our needs. Our bedroom and bathroom were large and welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay. Ann informed us of activities in the area. She even helped plan our drive back to Dublin via the Sally Gap (highly recomended route). Breakfast was great. Ann's husband Jer is the chef. The selection was extensive. My wife and I also purchased a boxed lunch to take out with us. The sandwich was very tasty.
I recomend Bramble Rock to anyone needing a great place to stay in the Wicklow area. The rooms are good, the food is good, and the Duffy hospitality is great.

Room Tip: We were in the Ash room which is directly above the common room where guest enjoy breakfast. If you...

We stayed here 2 nights while hiking the Wicklow Way. Ann and Jer were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast menu very complete. Ann even let us move the table and chairs the one afternoon so we could practice ballroom and country line dancing. I would highly recommend Bramble Rock.
