Owner description: Located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath and just 30 minutes from Dublin is Ireland’s only theme park and zoo, Tayto Park. With over 100 attractions to experience and enjoy, there is something for everyone; young, old and in between. For the thrill seekers, the Cu Chulainn, Ireland’s first rollercoaster and Europe’s first wooden rollercoaster with an inversion, is sure to get your adrenaline flowing. But that’s not all, there are a huge variety of attractions, 100+ in total. Challenge yourself high in the sky on the Extreme Climbing Walls or Sky Walk, let the kids explore our Playground, Steam Train Express or our Mini Ferris Wheel or take the Tayto Factory Tour, free with entry, and find out the history behind Tayto. And for those who don’t need an increased heart rate to have a good time, enjoy a laid-back stroll through our zoo, where you can interact with the exceptional animal collection, from the mischievous meerkats to the largest of the big cats, the amur tiger.

Fantastic value for money €12 entry and loads to see and do. Spent 6hrs there and still didn't get round everything. Will def be making a return visit. Would highly recommend making time to see the leopard and tiger feeding. Amazing sight!

Great place for a family day out, loads to do and see, plenty of choices.
Our kids are too young for most the larger rides you have to pay for but they did a few of the smaller one. We eat in the restaurant, which was surprisingly good. We would definitely go again.

Spend an afternoon here- good value for money. It has a lot of amusements on offer. The weather was great and it was very busy. The Zip Lines were great.

Visited with another adult, 2 teenagers and a 7 y.o. We had a brilliant day. A little bit hard to find, so a few more signposts would be a hlep. A bit pricy when you consider the cost of zip wire, etc, but overall a great place to go for a day out. The restaurant deserves a special mention - we had lunch there and the food was really good and the staff courteous and friendly. Everywhere was clean, including the loos. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.
