“Average food, reasonable value”
Reviewed November 23, 2013

I've been here a few times but only found the food average. The highlight is the steak on the stone which is really cheaply priced (reason why the place is so popular), but outside of that, the food is very ordinary. For instance, the chips that come with the steak aren't nice at all. The service is ok. The layout is awful though, doesn't feel like a restaurant at all. It's like a bar/hotel lobby/lounge all mixed in together.

“Fantastic meal”
Reviewed September 30, 2013

I went here with three friends one Tuesday evening a few weeks ago. We all ordered the Steak On A Stone @ €15 each (available every Tuesday and Thursday. A large fillet steak was served with chips, fried onion and mushroom and each dish was accompanied with three delicious homemade sauces, tomato sauce, pepper sauce and garlic butter. Everything was delicious. I was playing with my friends in a local golf club and someone in the club recommended this restaurant. I live in Dublin but will definitely be making a trip to Naas for the food. The restaurant was pretty full and had a lovely atmosphere and the service was friendly and very efficient. A must for any foodie!

“Welcome to Naas”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

Alyssa and i had just arrived in Naas to visit my uncle Paud and we needed a little snack before supper. We were walking up and down Main street looking for some pub food but none were serving anything until the evening. We saw the Lawlor hotel across the street and headed there. We found a warm and comfortable Bistro/lounge type atmosphere. We order a guiness and some starters: steamed muscles and goat cheese bruschetta. Some of the best we've ever had.
