Go there almost once a week if i can , lunchs are always very good with good vegtables and meat just like home cooked food.
Staff are always very nice and make you feel welcome.
A real treat to go there.

After passing this restaurant many times, me and my other half finally called in to try it. we both had the Leek and Potato soup which was lovely, the brown bread that accompanied it was to die for, exceptionally nice. We tried out the €5 lunch menu, me having the spaghetti with spicy meatballs and the other half having the carbonara, i can't say anything bad about it, extremely tasty & great value. We left with our bellies full but couldn't resist grabbing a couple of the very nice looking scones to take away. I intend to go back to try the quiche, it looks delicious. The Bay Tree is a quaint little place with seating both upstairs and downstairs. Pictures on the wall exhibited by local artists give it a real community feel.

Recommended by a friend we were staying with, who eats here because they do gluten-free. It looks small but there's an upstairs as well. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good food and you get huge portions. We had the lunchtime 5 euro menu which is exceptionally good value. Also check out the cakes!!
