Our friends suggested staying here while we were visiting Dingle. The owner, Mary is lovely and welcomes you to the place like you are family. We loved it here and will definitely return. The views are stunning and the breakfast is one of the best I have had in Europe.

Room Tip: We had room number 2 with sea views.

I have just stayed at Ceann Tra Heights for a full week. Loved it. In the past I have visited Mary and Steve on several occasions.. The only difference this visit is that I was there for a full week rather than 3 or 4 days. It is the "Best" B and B in all of Ireland as far as I am concerned. This year I went in late September which made Dingle a little less hectic. The house is immaculately clean and very well appointed in all the bedrooms, breakfast area and guest lounge. The house is located In Ventry just outside Dingle Town. The views of the beach and mountains from the house are spectacular. There is a wide selection of choices for breakfast--it is both delicious and plentiful. Whatever your question or need Mary and Steve are ready to help. You can always plan on a good chat and a smile.

Room Tip: A room at the front of the house faces the Bay.

We spent 2 nights at the Ceann Tra. The room was very nice and clean. A good place to stay just outside of Dingle town itself so not as congested and a good place to start out on the Dingle Pennisula Drive. Went for a nice walk on the beach then ate at The Skipper which was good and later went to Paidi O'Se's Pub for some music. All of these were just a short distance down the hill. We also ate at the Half Door in Dingle one night which is excellent though a bit more dear as they say, however still worth the price.

Great hosts! We had such a relaxing time - we loved the view, enjoyed the sunroom, had great food and felt very welcome here! The location is great for spending time in Dingle or driving around Slea Head. Can't wait to go again!

Beautiful views of of Blue Flag Beach! Dingle and Ventry are my favorite places of Ireland and Ceann Tra Heights is a great base. We didn't get to meet the owner as she was away but her husband was very welcoming. Good size rooms and not far from Dingle town. You could walk to Ventry town and Blue Flag beach. Definitely take the time to drive Slea Head drive! Only negative was that they didn't have any gluten free bread! Of course fruit and eggs were perfect too :)

The inn itself is pristine, and the view of the ocean below from the sun room is breathtaking. Mary prepares truly gourmet breakfasts, complete with pressed table cloths, an array of yogurts and fruit, plus a cooked breakfast. She also plays lovely, light Irish music in the background while you enjoy your breakfast. Both Mary and Steve are so knowledgeable about places to visit and make suggestions very tailored to the interests of each guest. They also provide a reading area full of books about the history of the various places to visit. Ventry is wonderful because you can walk down the hill to a beach and also hike country paths, but you are also only 6 miles from Dingle, where the pubs and more shopping is available. We even extended our stay because of the quality of our stay and relationship with our hosts as well as the many archaeological, anthropological, historical, and musical opportunities available in the area. We would come back again and stay two weeks! 5 days was too short!

A very pleasant and welcoming B&B with beautiful views over the coast. Was welcomed with tea, coffee and cake. Great guest lounge to sit and relax in. In the morning we had an excellent breakfast served by an extremely friendly lady. Worth Visiting. Thank you for your hospitality.
