Go with friends when I am in town. Food is good and great service. I usually have the "pair" of a bowl of their delicious potato soup and 1/2 a turkey & havarti sandwich. Only probably is that the portions are very big. It is an informal place, but quiet enough that you can converse without background music drowning your out.

Nice place next to the Hampton Inn. Pleasant, friendly service. Decent menu - not fancy but good ingredients, well prepared. Not expensive. Lots of different beers on tap. Portions are fairly large.

Tried two Aubrey Restaurants in the Knoxville area and cannot say anything positive about the food. Whether a wilted salad or cold soup or overcooked hamburger or vinegar taste to the potato soup, the menu choices are poor. However, the service was good and the waitress did her best.

Fair prices. Had the taco pizza - very cheesy, impossible to pick up - overall a little odd. Had a dinner salad - fresh and large. Server was excellent and brought ice tea and bread promptly and offered refills.

Didn't want a lot to eat so for the two of us, settled on an appetizer and beer/burger special. Server didn't know if bottle beers were part of the special. Answer: "no". Asked what beers were on tap. Answer: "30". Asked to name some. Answer: "Bud, Bud lite, Miller, Miller lite.... what would you like?" Gave him some choices and didn't have any of them so I asked for a beer menu. Didn't have one. So my question was why have a special if the servers can't fulfill it? Settled for a Bud. Ugh! The beer battered fish and chips were great--crispy on the outside and tender inside. Burger was full 1/2 pounder cooked as ordered and sweet potato fries crispy outside and tender inside. Minor problem that became major: the 1/2 lemon served with the fish had to have been cut at least a day or more before because it was dried out around the cut and discolored pulp inside. Asked a supervisor when passing to look at it so she would know what was coming out of the kitchen. She took it and said she would immediately toss all the cut lemons out. Not a word of apology or inquiry if everything else was OK with the meal. Not a good response to a customer. I finally asked for the manager to stop by and had a chat with him. He was ever apologetic for everything and assured me corrective action would be taken. I only wanted the next customer to not face the same experience as us.
