Angelos' Brick Oven is a family-oriented restaurant. Everything we have had there has been a bit better than average and the pricing is certainly reasonable. While we have not tried it, their buffet seems to be very popular.
Originally built to be a branch of Altruda's Italian Restaurant (West Knoxville), the interior consists of a number of small dining rooms rather than one large open space. This does serve to help make it less noisy that open-format restaurants.
Service tends to be somewhat variable - mostly depending, as expected, on the time of day. At a restaurant in this price range, though, exceptional service is probably not to be expected.
All in all, it is a pleasant place and we go there occasionally. Given an understanding of the type of establishment it is, it is recommended.
