“Very enjoyable”

Excellent menu selections. The hamburgers are ENOURMOUS. Lots of people eating wings, they must be good. The seafood chowder is very good and certainly filling. You'll not be disappointed. Excellent service.

“The Best Wings in Ireland!”
Reviewed October 8, 2011

Hands down, they have the best chicken wings outside the US. Popped in over to Skerries for the weekend and had 5 baskets of these bad boys! If you are in town DO NOT PASS on THE WINGS. Great bar and atmosphere. Really Buzzing. Family Friendly.

“Blue Bar”
Reviewed September 21, 2011

Fantastic setting and Lunch menu.

Travelled here today along the coastline North of Dublin. Despite it being a typical Irish day with scattered showers and blustery winds, we received an excellent, friendly warm welcome from all of the staff along with a glorious log fire!
As newcomers to this part of Ireland we have been impressed with the friendly nature of the people and their willingness to be so accommodating to us English. Dublin won the Gaelic Football Final on Sunday hence the Blue Bar celebrations. It is Wednesday today and they are just beginning to wane. The Blue Bar was festooned with Dublin flags and they had had a very busy weekend.
The food was great. I had Crab and Cray Fish with a pea and rocket salad with crusty toasted bread and my friend had Prawns with Chilli and Garlic with crusty bread. Great service...... a real hidden gem.
