Owner description: The Burren National Park is a place of great natural beauty. There are various marked trails in the Park that take you through many fascinating and beautiful habitats, such as calcareous grasslands, woodlands and limestone pavement. Entry is free, and a free bus service is available from May-August. Free guided walks may also be arranged during the summer - contact Information Point for details.

Went for a trek along a marked trail (the blue loop), nice wild weather, very windy with a few showers but warm and sunny otherwise. Come prepared for a decent trek, it gets really amazing the higher and further into the park you get, some breathtaking views of the burren (and a bonus points for spotting Father Ted's house in the distance!) Took about 2.5 hours, definitely worth it, enjoyed a nice seafood dinner after back in Liscannor.

Mullaghmore is an area of great beauty in the Burren National Park. The landscape is unique and unforgettable. If you are into walking or hiking this is the place for you. There are walks for every level of ability. Spent a fantastic afternoon in this amazing landscape. It was so easy to get there using the free bus service from the local village of Corofin, with drop off and collection at three different locations. What a brilliant servise for visitors to this area. I will be back!

After visiting the Cliffs of Moher we drove along R460 back to Galway to see the Burren National Park. It was a fascinating drive and I highly recommend this to all interested in seeing a truly unique landscape. There is no place on earth like Burren National Park!

Great walks. We took our dog with us and although we found it difficult at times, he was not welcome in lots of places, in this instance his little legs were walked off him.

We toured all over. Had some great walks and could'nt believe the scenery. The landscape was eerie and the thought that people lived here was unbelievable
