This was our first time and found the hotel to be very convenient to downtown and the University of Tennessee. We had a large and clean room on one of the Hilton Honors floors that had a great view of the University and the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown but this is a great option as well.

The hotel was clean and secure parking is a great convenience. The staff is very accommodating and professional. The only gripe I have is the cost for the breakfast buffet. $50.00 for three people is a kick in the shorts.

Excellent service, very friendly and extremely helpful. The suite was so nice for the bridesmaids to get ready with three hairdressers. We served them breakfast and the flower girls played. The staff was wonderful

This was the second time we stayed.The valet parking is great and well worth the $15 extra. The hotel lobby is very nice and we are Starbucks addicts so having one in the lobby is super convenient.Hotel location is awesome about 5 minutes from UTK and a short walk from upscale restaurants. The room was nice enough, not spectacular, but very comfortable and clean We will be traveling to UTK a lot this year and will definitely stay again

Room Tip: Upgrade to the exutive level to get the breakfast buffet

I've stayed at this property about 4 times a year since 2010. The staff always welcome me back. Last week we showed up at the restaurant right at closing but they served us with grace and made sure that we got the last piece of pecan pie. Thank you Maryann and Peter! You made our night. I'll be back in a week.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was the first time that we stayed there and it wil be the last. We were given a room on the Hilton Honors floor. When we checked in, at 3 pm, there was a pile of dirty sheets and towels in the hallway. There also was a stray dirty napkin, a room service tray that must have been from breakfast and an old pizza box. It was also clear that the hallway had not been recently vacuumed.

And our room was not much better. There was a battered small refrigerator and an old microwave sitting in the entrance area of the room. Neither was connected and both looked as if they were simply being stored there. The couch fabric was faded and the carpet was very worn. The air conditioner is the old fashioned type that started and stopped with great fanfare about every 20 minutes all night long. Then as the final touch, when we opened the drapes in the morning, the curtain rod fell down.

The Hilton organization should be ashamed of this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location downtown Knoxville, but it really needs some attention from the corporate office. It needs to be updated big time and the staff doesn't have a clue how to treat Hilton Honors members.
