In April of this year our family used this hotel for our daughters wedding, we had about a dozen rooms between us. Everything was perfect. The staff was very accommodating, even though the Marathon was going on just a block away. Rooms were great, the extra sitting room in the larger suites worked out great for prepping for the wedding. Parking is a little bit of a hassle, but we always had a spot. We only used the restaurant for Sunday breakfast, service was very good, food perfect and timely, even with a large party. We were very pleased with this hotel.

Dear Valued Guest, thank you for taking the time to write about your experience while staying at our hotel. I am very glad you enjoyed our extra large rooms, and breakfast the day after the wedding. It was a fun time, and we lucky to be a part of your memory.

We stayed at this hotel May 22-26 for the Destination Imagination Global competition. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. (Though everyone we met Knoxville seems to be, so perhaps that's no surprise.)

Extra kudos to Tabitha, the waitress on Sunday morning, who worked a solo shift getting breakfast for a crowded restaurant. (Speaking of the hotel restaurant? Try the ceviche appetizer.)

The hotel location is very convenient--a ten-minute walk to Market Square. A five-minute walk to the convention center or the edge of the UT campus, and maybe a fifteen-minute walk from shopping on Cumberland Ave.

I agree with Marquino7050 that the beds weren't great. If you share the bed and the person next to you moves even slightly, the mattress shakes badly. But if you can get the person to move to the foldout couch so you have the bed to yourself, the bed is not so bad. (The pillows and blankets are fantastic, which I did not expect at all.)

If you had to share the bed with a restless sleeper so you need extra caffeine in the morning, the complimentary coffee in the lobby is very good. I also liked that there were complimentary apples at the front desk--much healthier than cookies!

If we ever have the honor to return for DI globals, I hope to stay at Four Points again.

We stayed here for one night prior to the Knoxville Marathon. Check-in was a breeze, and we were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was immaculate, bed was super comfortable. For the marathon, the location was great - a short walk to the start line, and a little bit longer walk back from the finish line. Parking is a little bit tight, because the hotel was sold out and they just don't have that many parking spots, but they had an employee helping people find parking spaces when the garage was filling up. Breakfast was great and we got a complimentary late checkout since we were runners. The service was phenomenal; every employee was eager to help and they were all super nice. We're planning on running in Knoxville again, and we'll definitely stay here again when we do.

Dear Valued Guest, thank you for offering your comments based on your stay with us during the marathon. This annual event is a great time for Knoxville, and I am glad you enjoyed our central location, service, and extras we throw in for the runners.

Hope to see you again next year.

This hotel was great in every way but the beds, they were horrible. The location is smack in between the UTK campus and downtown. Easy walk to either. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms are very nicely furnished and welcoming. Parking is easy since they have an underground parking area. I was very impressed with those features. Unfortunately a good night's sleep is very important to me and I wasn't able to get one here. The mattresses are awful and, after 2 nights on them, my back hurt horribly! I did not get a good night sleep during my stay. If they had better beds they would absolutely get a rating of 5. Maybe it was just my room, but I don't know.

Dear valued guest,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay. Our centrally located hotel at the University of Tennessee is one of our best features, and I am glad you recognized the great service our staff tries to provide every time. We know you have many choices, and we appreciate your loyalty.

Regarding the beds, I would like you to know we are going through a renovation this year, and hopefully they will work better for you.

Thanks again.

We stayed here for the Rev3 Triathlon. It is a great hotel with a super friendly staff. They were very accommodating to the participants of the triathlon, by offering a complimentary grab & go breakfast for the athletes, and they also offered us a late checkout (1:30). Four Points is within walking distance to World's Fair Park, the University of Tennessee, and the riverfront area. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was a good meal. We will defiantly stay here again.

Dear valued guest,

Thank you for providing great feedback regarding your stay. Thanks for noticing the extras we tried to put in place recognizing you were here for a special event; the grab and go's, late check-out, and specials. I will pass on your comments to my team, thanks again.
