We have been eating at the Sullivan's at Rocky Hill since they opened. It is good standard comfort food. Pot roast, meatloaf, green beans, chicken fingers, burgers, fried oysters, steaks, quesadillas, assorted chicken dishes, sandwiches, and salads. They have a limited wine menu with about 12 choices all around the $18 to $35 dollar range. They have a great happy hour every night in the bar and patio, it changes up, so call to find out what the specials are that evening. Currently Thursday night is half price wine with the purchase of two entrees. We can usually enjoy dinner and drinks for around $50.00 for the two of us. We actually prefered it before they installed T.V.'s all around the bar and even on the deck.(Lord knows Knoxville doesn't have enough sports bars) Service is usually average with college age kids working. We like to sit out on the large maple tree covered deck. The only negative I can currently say about the restaurant is that the deck needs a good bug treatment and power washing. We haven't enjoyed our last couple of visits because hundreds of some small black bugs that look like ticks with longer legs have infested the deck area. I think it needs to be closed, treated, power washed, and re-sealed. I would eat here before going to one of the many national chains around Knoxville.
