“Best Stir Fry Cafe in town”
Reviewed April 15, 2012

We went here Weds/ 4/11 and try and get here when in town visiting family. The staff are great, ordering is easy and the food is always tasty. Our family of four ordered, Spicy Chicken (non breaded) with veggies and white rice, flat rice noodles with prawns in spicy Schezuan sauce and honey chicken. Also included were salads with ginger dressing, spring rolls and soup. Their egg drop sup (not for me but daughters and wife love) is apparently some of the best. While it may be a mix it is not the extra starchy, yellow colored stuff in buffets but instead very fresh tasting. Hot and sour soup delicious also.Anytime we are in Knoxville we go here and always will.

“WokChow is Fresh and Extraordinary!”
Reviewed January 21, 2012

This new restaurant in the Bearden area is a great find and a great addition to dining options in the area. You will be impressed with the expansive Asian menu and sushi (desserts too), shown on the monitors as you walk in. Or grab a hard copy and start browsing. You place your order at the front, you're given a number for your table and a drink glass and you pick your table or booth.
The restaurant is beautiful on the inside and the kitchen is open for all to see the preparation. There is a serve yourself area for drinks, utensils, and condiments.
We went for lunch and got the daily lunch combo: A wide selection of entrees that come with a bowl of soup and an egg roll (salad could be substituted) We ordered the hot and sour soup, I got Chicken Lo Mein and my partner got Chicken Drunken Noodles.
The soup arrived after a short wait and was very fresh and delicious. Next came our entrees and both were right off the grill top. The fire seared taste was incredible and the meat and vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. The portions of each entree could easily feed two people.
The Lo Mein and Drunken Noodles were some of the best I've had in this city. And the price you pay is perfect for tight budgets. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Kids will love it too.
