Owner description: From the 10-ton, 30-foot-high basketball that sits on top of the building to the life-like animatronic figure of Senda Berenson, "the mother of women's basketball," this will not be your typical hall of fame visit.

“Nice museum”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

okay so I am not a huge fan of women's basketball but it is hard to deny WHY this museum exists here. Pat Summitt is an icon in town and throughout the nation for what she has accomplished in her career. Well done as museums go and hope that it can be managed better so more could use it over time. The local National Soccer games registrations were here and it was nice to go through it all.

“It's a sleeper”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

At first mention, a visit to the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame doesn't sound interesting to any but hard core fans. Once inside there are displays showing a rich and quirky history of the sport. It's definitely worth a visit.

“Cool place!”
Reviewed October 2, 2012

A great place to take the family and to go with friends to enjoy the history of Women's Basketball and the great people who have made it possible. So many activities for the children and for adults.

Its good to know some of the history that goes along with womens basketball, but i think they have not put alot of effort into this place in a few years. Too bad, but it seems like it is falling off the map

“Shoot the hoops with the stars of the hoops.”
Reviewed August 15, 2012

I am not a women's basketball fan but I really enjoyed visiting the Hall of Fame. Really neat exhibits, videos, and stories. It sits almost in the shadow of Pat Head Summitt's Lady Vols arena and has a nice exhibit to Pat, the winningest coach (male or female) in basketball.
