Got there on a Saturday right at 11am so absolutely no wait. Great selection of pizza options and pastas and sandwiches. I ordered the Rustica which had artichokes, prosciutto and black olives. I actually had a tomato sauce instead of the white ;sauce that comes on it. So good! Crust was fantastico! Pizza actually are cooked in a wood fired pizza pit. I was told the small pizza is only enough for one but could have easily feed one adult and a child. Also had the artichoke dip and the bread sticks. Both very good. Prices were fair. Staff was young and very friendly and food was delivered quickly. Surprised how quick a pit like that cooks a pizza! I would go back to this place.

Don't waste your time. Pizza is just so so. Nothing to make you want to go back a second time.

We were passing through Knoxville on our way home and wanted something to eat. We got off on Kingston Pike, knowing we would find something there. Saw the sign for Brixx Pizza.
Our waiter was very helpful in explaining the menu and giving suggestions for our meal.
The pizza was good and was the service of the staff. The staff was friendly and helpful
We asked a couple that was leaving what they thought and gave us a positive review.
We will definitely try them again when we are in the area. They do not have a location close to our city

we went to brixx on turkey creek and didnt like it, but we got a buy one get one free coupon so thought we'd give the other location in town a shot. the restaurant has a good look inside and was definitely cleaner than the other one, but it was quite cold that day. the waitress appeared to be out of it but did get our orders right and the service was only a little slow. the main problem with brixx is the pizza. i've had pizza in this style (individual wood fired) before and always liked it, but brixx makes the soggiest, blandest pizza i've ever tasted. i didnt want to spit it out but i could only finish about half and the leftovers went to the dog. the other problem is the fact that it is very expensive for what you get. with the number of pizzerias in town i see no reason to return to brixx, and that may be why they've resorted to giving pizzas away.

We've been twice and have loved everything that we've ordered. I've had the "Americo" (pepperoni and mushrooms) and buffalo chicken pizza and my fiance has had the artichoke and the "Bronx Bomber" (sausage, pepperoni...). All were very good, but the buffalo chicken pizza is our favorite so far. The spinach artichoke dip was very good as well. Our service has varied - it was okay the first time and great the second time. We would both definitely recommend Brixx. Personally, I think it's a little better than Hard Knox (though we like it, too). I love the idea of Hard Knox, but the pizzas seem to have poor ingredient proportions (I've had several pizzas from there with waaaaaay too much ricotta, mushrooms, etc.) and it's generally just not as tasty as Brixx.
