FORGET THIS PLACE...unless you want an average, over-priced burger, but lots of excellent Cajun fries. Service was slower than expected. I know, I know, they are preparing your exact burger just the way you like it, but Culver's and other places do it better and quicker for less money. Tables were not clean. Then again, you do get a lot of excellent fries. (A pricing error made it a good deal and they were nice enough to leave it in our favor when we called it to their attention...that was appreciated). Still, I'll stick with In-N-Out and Culver's.

This place makes some good burgers...not great but good and fast. However, they have out priced themselves and now it is just to expensive for what you get. They use to fill up the fries but now it is just barely the cup size full! Burgers are very small for the price as well. I don't think I will go back!

The burgers are pretty good, but the fries are either good or horrible. They always appear to be greasy and there are a few times of year that potatoes are just not good. They only use fresh potatoes, you get the point.

Five Guys is one place my husband loves to go. The burgers taste pretty good but their prices are so high for what you get. We quit going for a while because of that. You can go to a place with meat and veggies for what you pay here for two burgers, one fry, and two drinks. After they got new owners, we thought we'd pop back in to see if there were changes. They do offer a few new options now other than just burgers or hotdogs -- BLT and grilled cheese. Did not try them so I don't know how they are. They used to have two sizes of fries -- huge and huge-ER! Now they do offer a smaller size but you still pay $2 for that! Sorry, Five Guys, your prices will keep us away a while longer.

Nice fresh burgers. You choose the toppings. Cooked the way customer likes. Very large amount of fries with each order. Excellent health ratings...always. Voted top burger place in Knoxville.
