I am a Diamond Hilton member, so I have stayed at my share of Hiltons. This was a very nice clean and friendly hotel. Although the pillows were not very good, the bed was super comfy. We just stayed 1 nite, but would stay again if ever in the area. The thing that stood out the most was the man that checked us in at almost midnight. He was friendly, and made sure and welcomed me and shook my hand and said he was glad to have us. I appreciated that. So many times I feel like a positive cash flow, not a guest. I wish I could remember his name, but he was excellent!!

Hotel was clean and loved the layout of breakfast area. Staff, especially Heather was nice and friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean, almost new. Liked the shower. Our only wish is that the hotel was a little nearer to downtown. However, parking was easy in downtown as opposed to some other cities. Breakfast was nice and area was very clean. All in all we enjoyed this hotel.

Awesome facility! My boys had a great time. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. We stayed just one night on our way farther south and booked the hotel solely on the reviews here.

Hotel was super clean and very neat. Free breakfast was wonderful - changed every day and included omelets, sausage/bacon, belgium waffles, oatmeal, danish, cereal, etc... Staff was great and very patient with our hyper children... Pool was warm and clean - kids enjoyed it immensely. The only problem we had was the bed was very hard and the pillows are tiny, but those are the only issues we had. This hotel is located right off the main drag which is right off the thruway. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was very clean. Lots of room for breakfast. Room was very quiet.

We were in town to visit UT. It was just a short drive to the campus.

I will definitely stay at this hotel when I am back in Knoxville.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. I stayed here on a business trip. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but this hotel is not far from U.T. Knoxville. There are many eateries close by. I give them 5 stars.

We stayed just one night on our way farther south and booked the hotel solely on the reviews here. The check-in staff was especially friendly and helpful with dining suggestions. The room was very clean and everything in good working order. The pool was a nice size and a good temperature. The exercise room was decently equipped. Evening cookies and tea were appreciated! Breakfast was plentiful and good, though they could benefit from a few more tables in the dining area. The only downside is the size of the rooms - we requested a rollaway bed and there was no room for it other than in the entry hall by the bathroom, which meant that we couldn't open the door to the room while it was in place. All in all an excellent choice just off I-75.

Room Tip: Try for one away from the elevators.
