The room was clean and was good for families larger than 4 people but less than 7 because the room has 2 queens an a sofa bed. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated the furniture and beds are good but the building itself needs to be redone. The shower head was terrible and the bathroom definitely needs a makeover. But overall the hotel was ok the beds were comfortable breakfast was good. I would stay again if I needed a hotel for more than 4 people.

It was a little hard to find, but was worth the hunt. Great rooms fabulous bed walking distance to C-store and several restaurants. Great hot breakfast included sausage, french toast sticks fruit, cereal and much more. There was an indoor pool and hot tub.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definatly stay here again.

This hotel has all the signs of a property which once was a good place to stay but is now tired compared with the competition. It's surrounded by a huge choice of other brands - Hampton Inn, Clarion Inn, etc. - and it's had to attempt a modernization to keep up. So the bathrooms have new granite vanities and contemporary faucets, but the tub is yellowing plastic with an antiquated shower tap. The rest of the room decor is in drab shades of brown and the bedding is lacking in style. The one and only elevator is painfully slow and even the ceiling tiles look like they came from the 70s. On the positive side, the room was clean and spacious, there's loads of free parking and the location is handy for the highway which will take you downtown in five minutes. Wi-fi was included at no charge and worked fine for email and web surfing. For dinner, there are loads of eating choices within seconds of the hotel. Talking of eating, though, another negative: the breakfast room is tiny - five tables in total for a four story hotel. We had to stand at the door and wait until eventually a woman with a large family which had spread over two tables squeezed them all round one table so we could sit. The breakfast was included in the price but the food was average: there was a hot choice plus the usual cereals, bagels and muffins. Nothing was healthy: the fruit salad was from a can...mushy and syrupy. Is it too much to expect fresh cut fruit in a free breakfast? Not in competing chains these days. If you have a reason to choose Best Western by all means come here; but if not there are loads of other options in the same location and I'd recommend staying with a chain which is setting the pace rather than one which is struggling to shake off a past era.

The room was visually pleasant. Had a little space separation between bed and a sitting area which was nice. Staff was moderately pleasant. Breakfast moderate based on our many other Best Western stays. Woman in charge of breakfast very helpful. Used way too much Febreze in room. We were coughing by the morning. Linens were washed with non perfume soap, and smelled fresh. Air conditioner, heater smelled clean ( no mold or mildew that I could detect). The swimming pool was next to the lobby and chlorine smell permeated the first floor hallway and lobby. I did not detect chlorine smell in the breakfast room.

Overall this was a very nice hotel. It was very Clean except for one overlooked bathroom item which was very inconspicuous. Very soft, Comfortable bed and quiet even though we were next to the elevator.

definitely a great place to recommend and will absolutely go back again. Very convenient location, nice renovation and very spacious rooms. Clean, quiet and worth every penny. Even though our room arrangement got messed up a little at the time of our check-in, we were still very satisfied overall of our stay. Service quality of few front desk staff could improve a little but most of them were super helpful & friendly.
