When we first arrived the place looked just like the picture. Our first room was wonderful to look at, but after exploring closer, we discovered 20 to 30 dead and alive lady bugs as occupants behind the window drapes. The bathroom floor was wet, reason being the tank on the toilet had a leak; okay things happen. So they gave us another room. This next room was occupied by less bugs, but the couch was fabric and there was no padding on one arm. This place is falling apart due to poor management; the food is warm, not hot. The property is wonderful but the owner needs to take care of his business and not leave it to others.

What a beautiful place. Rolling Hills, The Watts Bar Lake is right there. Peaceful and tranquil with lovely appointed rooms of any size, price and shape. Excellent, friendly staff and the food is wonderfully delicious! Breakfast is included in price. If you want to have a de-stress weekend or any time. this is the place. Loved it!

We had the privilege of spending the night in the Blue Heron room because my nephew was married at this beautiful, serene place. What a perfect location for a wedding. Everything was simply breathtaking. The view was fantastic, the food was excellent, the chapel was gorgeous, and the people were very nice. We are thrilled that we were asked to take part in the wedding so that we had the opportunity to stay at such a lovely place. Singing in the chapel for the wedding was wonderful because not only is the chapel beautiful, but the view out the windows wasn't bad either. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see the beauty of Tennessee.

We went to a wedding here and stayed on the premises. What a beautiful place! We stayed in the room called the Canadian Goose and it overlooked the lake and mountains. The room had a VERY comfortable bed. The room was clean and it had a jacuzzi tub and a standing shower (I believe all of the rooms had one), as well as piped in music (which you could monitor the volume/ or shut off if you wished). Since we were there for a wedding, many of us looked at each others rooms to see what they were like, for our next trip back! It was beautiful and serene...they called it "a sanctuary for the soul" for good reason! There were various wildlife, birds and beautiful grounds on the premises. As for dining, they serve all meals, as well as having complimentary snacks available throughout the day (i.e. cookies, trail mix, etc). Breakfast comes with the room rate, while lunch and dinner are an extra charge (for L&D you need to make reservations). The food is absolutely delicious. I have only great things to say! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
