Freiberg's is a great German restaurant. They have a lot of the classic dishes you would expect from Germany....lots of meat and potatoes! They always give a huge quantity of food, usually more than we can eat in one sitting, so we always have leftovers. I do wish some of it was a little more flavorful, some things can be a little bland. Overall though, we really enjoy Frieberg's and would recommend it.

Had the spicy shnitzel and loved it. We went mid day and were the only customers sat at bar and ate with my wife and chatted with the manager. I wish I could remember her name she gave us some good advice on where to go that night and lots of info on the local area since we were thinking of moving there. The building itself needs some updating but the food was good and so was the staff.

First time eating here, but others in my party have been a couple times. The waitress must have been having a bad day, or wanted to go home (even though it was 6 pm).

Started out by asking if they had any drink specials. Her response, "What time is it?" Our response, "6 pm." Her response, "No," and she walks away. She then came back to say happy hour was only from 2 to 5 pm. So, we asked what drinks she had on tap. Her response, "A lager, wheat, light and dark." She never explained what these beers where, or their names and said "yea you'll need a minute to decide on that I'm sure." She acted as if we were really bothering her and so most of us decided not to drink anything other than water. They weren't busy and there appeared to be two servers on staff that evening, so the idea of her trying to accommodate other customers didn't really make sense.

There was more than enough food on our plates and it was decent, but we won't be going back due to the service.

The food is so yummy! Very good prices, and so much food! Sometimes the service is a little rough. But the food definitely makes up for it!

If you love German food this is the place to go. Especially when considering the boring chain
restaurants that over-populate Tri Cities. I have enjoyed German restaurants in many areas
of the U.S including Milwaukee and private homes. The good service makes it all the more
enjoyable.
