There's no doubt that this is a fun place for kids. Wall to wall inflatables with a toddler soft area in the middle. It's a great concept and the kids sure have a lot of fun.

That said, the place just is not safe. They will let as many people in that have the cash to pay for it (which is a little pricey, and as another reviewer noted, there is no membership option which is discouraging for potentially repeat customers). We took a picture of one of the inflatable areas that was manufactured with a maximum occupancy limit of 6 children; it had 22 kids on it at once!

Little children get trampled (and in some areas, could easily be smothered). The staff are polite but seem completely apathetic to the shenanigans around them. There are places in there where a child could literally disappear and something horrible happen and no one would know until it was too late.

We'll think twice before going back, and if we do, our kids are not leaving our arms' reach for a moment.

we took our 21 month old here. We were not with any birthday party, just there to play and had a great time. There is a small section of play items in the middle for those under 3. It's enough to keep a child busy, but even a 21 month old wants to play on the big stuff. Parents are allowed to accompany small children on the bigger items. As this was an out of the blue unplanned stop, my husband got the job of playing with our daughter on the bigger items as i was inappropriately dressed to be climbing and sliding. Our daughter had a ball and thoroughly wore her daddy out! We were lucky enough to find the facility not very busy. We'd go again and again with the small of a crowd but have turned around and left when we saw larger numbers there - purely out of concern for our daughter's safety. We do think larger crowds could be overwhelming for smaller children and have heard stories of children under the age of 5 leaving with broken bones from older children (10yrs+) stepping on their legs and such. I think as long as you watch your children and make good decisions this is a fun place for all - Keep in mind you need socks - no matter your age to play. Also, as one poster noted, some people don't watch their children, teach them manners or how to be courteous toward younger children so unfortunately you have to be on extra alert to be sure your child is safe with others playing. Overall fun place though that you could easily send an hour or several at. Price was reasonable - we only had to pay for our daughter so that was really nice. Other places we've visited like this made us pay even though we were not allowed to play. It was under $8 for her - we stayed around 2 hours. Bathrooms were clean - great when potty training - and when not. We'll be back on their non-busy days.

If you are just taking your child to Wallabies for play then that seems ok. But the birthday parties are so expensive and not organized at all. They only allow and hour or so for set up and the party. It was very rushed and I didn't even get much time to spend with my birthday boy. Which made me very sad. He did have a lot of fun. But some of the workers were kinda rude and rushed and pushed so much. And I didn't get any help from the "party assistant" in the set up process. I suggest Wallabies extends there one hour for parties to at least 2 and a half. Even if they had to add an extra $50 and hour or so over one hour it would be worth it. Especially when they don't have many parties during the fall and winter season anyway. Over all our experience at Wallabies was fun. But there are a lot of things I would change. Especially all the rushing me to get my son's birthday party "over with" as the employee there put it. They need to realize that we pay them and they should be a little more understanding of important days such as first birthdays. I'd give Wallabies a 5 out of 10 for birthday parties. Sorry guys. But you could work on a couple things like being a little more polite and cutting out the dirty looks just cuz we aren't out the door at exactly 7, closing time. Also the carpet in the toddler play area is nasty and stained, badly needs carpet cleaning. :(

Wallabies is a fun way to kill a couple hours indoors. I wish there was some sort of "season pass" to save some $$$ though. It can get pretty loud in there, and I get frustrated with parents who don't pay any attention as their kids are playing (also sometimes fighting or terrorizing babies in the middle area). The Wallabies staff does a decent job policing the areas, but their abilities to intervene are limited.

But not the cleanest or safest place for kids, or dads? Too many kids of all ages trying to do the same thing. Lots of bumps and bangs on the inflatables. Kids being kids. Yet, a local granny got testy with our child for "knockin' her girl down"! Thought better of any explanation due to the nature of the complaintant. Got the picture? Lots of interesting adult peeps sitting around, must have wandered over from chuck e cheese?
