Well done Hyatt! This was my first experience with Hyatt and with having a dog with me while traveling. This hotel and its staff did a fantastic job making both of those firsts amazing. The team was professional from the minute we placed the reservation. I called after making the reservation to request, if possible, a room on a low floor close to the pet walking area since I am traveling with a puppy. The front desk agent said they could not promise anything but that they would put it in our reservation notes.

The morning of our reservation I called to see about early check in as we were ahead of schedule in the drive into town. The front desk agent said they would do the best they could to have the room cleaned but to call an hour prior just to check. Sure enough, the room was ready almost four hours early at no additional cost.

Upon arriving we were amazed at how clean and modern the hotel was. The staff were cheerful and extremely friendly. Soon we were checked in and were given a personal tour of the property to include the pet walking area. BTW...that was a nice, grassy area with plenty of disposal bags and a trashcan at the rear of the property with plenty of area for pets to exercise and use the restroom. During our stay there were other pets in the hotel but we NEVER heard any of them and I asked several times if anyone had heard or noticed our dog and even the staff said they did not hear anything when working around our room. We never heard even other guests which is almost unheard of in hotels these days. BTW...the hotel was full with a dental convention.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was one of the softest beds I have ever slept in and my wife agreed which is amazing because she rarely finds a bed she likes. (She wants to order the mattress directly from Hyatt). The couch was clean and soft as well. We were located right next to the back stairs just like we wanted (on the second floor). Perfect location with empty parking right behind our room to keep our vehicle in view. There were a few draw backs; the bathroom was tiny, there was almost no storage, and the fridge did not get very cold. There was no microwave in the room but there was one in the "guest kitchen" available 24hrs and worked well. All of those were easily forgotten by the rest of the positives of the room/hotel/and experience.

Each morning there was a different, free breakfast with hot and cold offerings. The room service menu was filled with great options. The ones we ate were delicious including the chili and club. There was a full bar which we did not use but thought about a few times. The 24 hr Starbucks was a nice touch as was the many loaner items such as the clothes steamer we needed prior the the wedding we were attending.

The location is great because there is a large shopping center just a .5 mile away with just about anything you could want. The highway is about a mile away.

We stayed 5 days and loved everyone. The staff was always so friendly and were always smiling. What a great experience. Thank you and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling, with or without pets in the Nashville area.

Spent 4 days, 3 nights at Hyatt Place and enjoyed the time there. After long day of work, a flight, and drive to Hendersonville, the front desk staff were most pleasant and got us in and settled in no time. We also had our grandson with us, so it was a tiring day for all. We didn't know they had a cafe with food available at ten PM which worked out great for all of us to order a late supper with a good selection available at that hour. The breakfast was a usual limited buffet each morning but was adequate for a quick bite. The bed was comfortable and the pullout sofa with it's separate area was great for my grandson. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Location was perfect for area of Hendersonville that our relatives live in.

Standard high quality Hyatt Place stay. Hotel is several miles away from I-75, not sitting on the off ramp. Hotel was located in a quiet area. Room, bathroom, bedding, etc were all excellent. Breakfast was nicely put together. As we stayed only 1 night I did not have much contact with the guest services staff, just "in and out".

The Hyatt Place Hendersonville is frequently less expensive than other Hyatt Place hotels in Nashville due to its suburban location.

The Hyatt Place Nashville Northeast is a very nice and the staff did their best to help us considering the problems they were dealing with. Unfortunately, the digital room key machine was broken and the staff had no way to make room keys and fortunately for them there were few guest staying. A staff member had to be called every time the room was going needed to be opened. The location is a long way from I-40 and if you're coming from the east Google maps will direct you through a lot of construction so the location isn't that great either.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 4th floor and had no wi-fi signal at all.

This was a nice place. The morning meal was good with good selection. The shower was great. T. V was real good. Only negative was the air. Close to the bed was real cold and out in the room was warm. The location was fine. Close to everything for me. No problems with my stay.

Another soccer weekend in the Nashville area & another hotel stay in the northern suburbs. This hotel totally rocked from check in to check out. The staff was very pleasant to work with. The rooms were spacious! I love the mini fridge-the sectional-the flat screen tv & the beds were so comfy!! Housekeeping was great! The breakfast sandwiches in the morning were delish! Since we had an early morning soccer game on Sunday, I asked the front desk when we checked in if there was any chance they could set out fruit/cereal around 630am so the girls could get something to eat before heading to the fields. Normal breakfast hours were 7a-10a.I came down to the lobby area & to my suprise, they had their full breakfast out and ready at 615a.. what a treat to have great service! The only minor drawback was that our toilet had some issues...it would flush but very slow & you had to hold the handle down...after the 2nd time, we knew & it was a not a problem. The hotel was very clean & would definitely stay here again! For soccer families, this hotel is about 2 minutes from Drakes Creek Park & about 10 minutes from Moss Wright Park fields. Having stayed in Goodlettsville before, I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. Lots of restaurants & shopping near by!
