Last minute stop on a cross country trip. Comfortable beds! I was concerned because I found out too late there are train tracks across the road and I'm a light sleeper. Once I was asleep, never heard the train. If you're on the backside of the inn you'd probably not hear the train when awake. There is an outdoor pool and an indoor laundry, but I didn't have the opportunity to use either. Staff professional and courteous.

The other reviewers have covered it well. Several chain hotels on this road to choose from but we stopped here with no reservations on our way south from Nashville because we are Choice members. Quickly booked in. It looks brand new. The room had very high ceilings, very clean, nicely decorated, everything in good condition. Beds comfortable with 4 small pillows on each. The A/C is very loud & powerful. It does camouflage the train that runs parallel to the highway, in front of all the hotels. Three machines in the fitness center: Treadmill, eliptical & universal. Eliptical a bit unstable. Breakfast room very large, cheery & clean. Breakfast did not include fruit or yogurt but egg, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy. Very small selection of pastry & 3 cereals, juices & coffee. More protein than many Comforts. Friendly staff. A comfortable overnight stay. Only negative is the taxes - state, city/county & occupancy which added $13 to the room rate, pushing it well above comparable Comfort Inns off the beaten track in other states.

Stayed in late July. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were even able to use the breakfast area for a late night extension of a family reunion. Pool was clean and the water was warm. Breakfast was average for a chain hotel breakfast but was not bad. Nice mountain view from front of hotel. Only downside was the house up the hill in the back that enabled the homeowners to see down into the rooms, and the small pillows were very soft. Will definitely stay again

Stayed at Comfort Inn in Harriman to visit with family. Accessible King Suite was clean, roomy and the bathroom was very nice as well. The view from 3rd floor was beautiful looking out at the mountain. Nice thing about 3rd floor is you can leave the curtains open without having people walk by looking in. Suite had nice couch and office chair with plenty of space to put luggage without sitting it on the floor. Pillows were small, but nice and fluffy and plenty of them to sleep comfortably. Very tasty hot breakfast with plenty of choices. Biscuits and sausage gravy were delicious! Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Since we stayed in an accessible suite the ironing board was a smaller counter top one. If you ask they do have the taller floor ironing boards that they will be happy to let you use one.

WOW!
We travelled in june in this region. 5 bikers travelling in the mid west and east of USA.
we've made 700 km per day so we want to stop in quiet, safe, economic places.
The day we were there was very warm. we looking for hotel with pool, we saw this hotel and we decided to stop for one night. We were very well received by the owner M. Patel himself and his family, we had a great time around the pool, drinking beers and eating hot dog.
very safe place if you travel with bike.
