Food -was fantastic. The coconut shrimp were some of the best I’ve ever had. Portions were very good. The appetizers were huge. House made loaves of bread brought to the table. Side salad was incredible. Hush puppies with the sweet butter - oh my.
Service -great. One of the few places that could keep up with my large consumption of sweet tea.
Price - Ithink it was a bargain for the quality of food we experienced.
View - WOW
Could not think of 1 negative thing to say about our visit.

This restaurant never lets us down. There is a wide variety of food to choose from and everything we’ve tried (usually one of the seafood selections) is always well prepared. The service is attentive without being intrusive. The specials are such a deal. Best of all, the view of Lake Watauga is beautiful. The hostess has always seated us by the windows if tables are available. We doubt you will be disappointed.

We were excited about our one night eating out after camping. There was entertainment going on but we only wanted to eat and was pleasantly seated with fair service. We ordered our meal and were served a delicious salad and small loaves of bread and butter. The salad was one of the best house salads I've ever been served. Then came the wait, and wait and wait. We finally asked what was going on and was told the kitchen closed at 8 p.m. We weren't sure what to make of that. The server was defensive about it rather than reassuring. We continued to wait and wait and wait. We never heard from a manager. Were never asked if they could help us, explained adequately what was going on.

We did get our food and everyone was satisfied with it once it arrived. I ordered a seafood platter with fried oysters and fish. It was very good.

It's an example of how a place can have good food but the experience is so displeasing that it ruins the experience.

The view from the patio is stunning, especially in the fall. The food was good and reasonable priced - always nice to find a local non-chain place for food.

The 2 for 25.00 is such a great deal. It may be a deal but it does not take away from the greatness of the choices - WOW
