Very good location, lots of choices for restaurants close by. The Commissary had good barbeque with the best being the pulled pork and the sausage. The chicken was dry and the ribs were a little tough but had a good smokey flavor. Road system made getting to all my accounts in the Memphis area easy. Traffic flow and congestion dropped quickly by 8:30 in the morning and after about 6:00 in the evening.

Wonderful ambiance and service! Some of the best barbecue ribs I have ever had! I even bought some of their excellent sauce and spices to bring home....

We ordered a large pulled pork and chopped pork sandwich pates. They load them down with meat. The slaw was very good, beans average and the stuffed egg tasted like it had been made
a while. The sandwich's were winners!! Its always packed and even pick-up is a bit hectic.

If you are in Memphis, you have to try their bbq- what better place to it than at the Commissary. Portions are large, but delicious. BBQ nachos (sounded a bit strange) were delicious. so were the ribs and sandwiches. Its easy to overorder. if you dont want to leave carrying doggybags, order less and share dishes

Average for Memphis, but better than average elsewhere. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent, as was the baked beans and deviled egg. The BarBQ chicken and the ribs were overcooked and dry. The coleslaw was average and the banana pudding was good. This was my first time eating here, so I don't know if this was a poor showing of their food or representative of what they produce daily.
