Very disappointing is all I can say about this Logans. Most Logans are pretty consistent. You get what you pay for. But at the Cool Springs location, not the case.
The worse service I have ever experienced. We sat at the bar during happy hour to grab a quick snack and drink. Our bartender Nicole was so uninformed. She couldn't answer one question about happy hour specials. Shame on you Logans for putting someone behind the bar with absolutely no knowledge of the job. Poor training.
Paying customers sat around the bar for at least ten minutes before she got to them. And they weren't busy at all. Not to mention the half dozen or so servers standing around doing nothing.
What, you can't pitch in and help. Obviously Nicole needed lots of help. Needless to say, we'll never return to that location.
I recommend you go to the Logans in Spring Hill. Sit at the bar there and 'Lorial' will be more than happy to answer all your questions and follow up with great service.
