The burger was pretty good, but I sit at the bar and they don't take very good care of you. They are busy tasking and not taking care of customers. I heard this was the best, but it think Burger Republic is better and Five Guys also.

Couple of tricks to burger up..I literally go twice a week because its so close a walk from my office.
1. You need to order medium rare or it will come dry and brittle. Not worth going if its ordered any other way.
2. Don't go at dinner. Service is not good.
3. They can't handle large parties. Expect long delays
4. For quick in and out to the bar.

I have been trying these and it's been working. We never go with big parties for work anymore

First time there, but heard some good things. First issue was they did not have any tables for 5 or 6. The only seating choice is the "community tables" where you sit on benches with other people next to you. Who wants to take their family and listen to others talk? Second, it took 20 min to get food. By the time the food came, both my wife's and my back were hurting from the benches w no chair backs. The burgers were expensive and had no taste. The best part was the fries, but the house brand ketchup was terrible. Five Guys would have been better burger at half the price. Never going back.

My family really enjoys Burger Up. I've tried a number of their burgers but always go back to the Woodstock with truffle fries. They have a great selection of beverages, cool atmosphere, including a patio to dine al fresco, and their desserts are well worth ordering - their Krispy Kreme bread pudding and the brownie are outstanding!

We are on a Paleo diet and use to love Burger up..the last three times we have been the food has been dry and overdone ..along with the staff being forgetful, overburden and food not timely.( went to lunch with guys from work and the meal took an hour and a half..not good). Anytime there is an issue the service staff never addresses with mgt or takes care of customer. IE: forgets multiple items for food, complained that all the burgers were dry nd crumbling,etc...She never got mgt or offered to address the issue by getting mgr or taking off hill. I am a regular but after the last three times there i can a precipitous drop in quality of service and attention to detail.. Too bad.
