“Great Hotel”

Very nice hotel. Beautiful lobby. Breakfast area is great with comfortable tables and booths for seating. The breakfast menu was fabulous with everything from hot items in steam trays to fruit and cereal. They also had a soda machine with a number of different beverages. They have an evening snack time even on the weekends. The room was nice. The refrigerator had food in it when I arrived but after a call to the front desk, housekeeping was there to clean it up within five minutes. We were attending an event at The Factory at Franklin and this hotel was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for a family reunion. The hotel accommodated us with adjoining rooms. The beds were comfortable, the full breakfast was free and the whole facility was clean and up-to-date. The hotel is located just off Highway 65, and very convenient for trips into Nashville. Great stay!

After a long day of traveling we stopped at the Drury Hotel with two tired toddlers. They were quick to get us checked into a beautiful suite, and brought up cribs immediately! Wonderful relaxing stay!

We stayed at the Drury for 3 nights in March, over spring break. The Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff, very nice pool, and great dining area. Very convenient and quick access to Nashville. We love the free evening food which allowed our family of 7 to eat a nice lunch out and not have to spend money on breakfast or dinner. We had a great experience. Just beware if you put "Drury Inn Franklin" into your iPhone map app - we neglected to double check the address that popped up at first and it took us to a "Drury Lane" in the middle of nowhere in the mountains near Franklin! But I'm sure your all smart enough to double check your map address unlike us lol! Truly - great experience at a great hotel in a great area!!

I stayed at this Drury for four nights and must say, the staff stands out as friendly, capable, and willing. Things small and large are taken care of quickly and effectively. The room is average size with regular amenities. However, I was given a coupon for three free drinks each night downstairs in the lobby, plus free breakfast and then snacks at night. This made the stay a fantastic value, especially the breakfast, which is a simple buffet of the usual items. Again, the staff makes the stay and they did a great job.

My family stayed at this location over the weekend and were amazed by the friendliness of everyone we encountered. I woke up early and was downstairs by 6:30 in the morning and although breakfast wasn't ready yet, Cathy (the girl at the front desk Saturday morning) went and got me a cup of coffee, and even came back with muffins and yogurt that she had grabbed from the kitchen. She not only helped me think of family friendly indoor activities (due to unexpected weather) around Nashville but also provided me with information she found online, directions, and hand written notes on the directions related to short cuts and came up with alternative routes because of a festival nearby and The Nashville Marathon.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were very large and clean and the lobby area was breathtaking. However, our family was most impressed with every member of the staff we encountered. I only wish I could remember all their names.

I recently stayed with my family of four for an even in the Franklin area. The staff was courteous at every turn, and check in was smooth. The elevators were consistently fast, and literally everything about the hotel was fastidiously clean.

The 5:30 kickback drinks and hot food are a real plus. My family did not have to go out for dinner after hanging out at the kickback, although there is a restaurant (Granite City) next door if you want to visit a restaurant without leaving the area of the hotel. I did not go to Granite City, but it looked like it was crowded.

The hot breakfast had plenty of food. The breakfast area is large, and it was crowded. Lots of ball teams there for tournaments. However, the staff was right on top of things; refilling food bins and keeping everything stocked and clean.

The pool is an indoor/outdoor pool with a large hot tub. There is also a fitness center with some treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and free weights. The entire area of both pool and fitness center were spotless. The pool stays open until 10 pm, I believe.

We had a room with two queen beds, and it was a two-room suite. In one room was a T.V., a chair, and a sleeper-sofa. The other room had the two queens, a T.V. a chair and a closet. So the room could have slept two adults and four kids with no problem.

There was a door separating the two rooms, but it didn't lock. The bathroom (which had a separate shower and tub) also did not lock. I believe this room may have been handicap-equipped, thus the non-locking doors.

The shower-head in the shower was like walking through a rain storm, but make sure the door is shut tightly when you get in.

I also noticed that the hotel is facing north-south, and this is a good thing since the sun would cause a pretty big greenhouse effect in the rooms. The view from the rooms was spectacular, and the over-sized windows let a lot of light into the rooms.

This is a nice hotel with a lot going for it!

Room Tip: You may want to specify a non-handicapped room to get locking connecting and bathroom doors.
