If you want a relaxing venue with scenic views and exquisite surroundings, this is the place to go. The inn is flawlessly decorated with high quality furnishings in both the sleeping rooms as well as the common areas. Beautifully updated baths and state of the art internet access are features one may not expect to find in a bed and breakfast inn. The carefully prepared meals are delicious with generous portions. Darlene and her staff are delightful and make you feel as if they are just waiting to fulfill whatever request you might have. An added surprise were the plush bathrobes waiting for you in the closet! A truly remarkable stay!

We just spent 2 nights at the inn and loved it! The ladies at the inn are marvelous and the food is divine. It's my favorite kind of B & B. Modern and comfortable. Our Virginia room was huge! We look forward to going back again!

We had never stayed at a B&B before this and were a little nervous as to what to expect. This is the perfect B&B to cut your teeth on if you've never done one! However, just to warn you, it was also ruin all other B&Bs as well. :) From the beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, awesome gourmet breakfasts, to the comfy library, home theater system, and huge DVD library it was perfect. I was blown away to find out that everything was only 2.5 years old. They have paid attention to every detail of the place and their service. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got great recommendations of places to see and places to eat in Franklin and the surrounding area. We are already planning our next trip back to Franklin and know where we will be staying. :-) We also plan on working our way through all the rooms. We stayed in the Frances room and next want to try one of the downstairs ones with the patio. I don't think there's a bad room int he place anyway!

We spent only one night there, and wish we could have had time for more. The rooms are well appointed, bathroom was roomy and the outside sitting areas were inviting. Breakfast was extremely well done - better than most of the B&B's we have used. We can highly recommend this place. The building and grounds are only two years old, however the layout and amenities (books, chairs, sofas, etc.) are reminiscent of the quiet country life.

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing place near Nashville for a long weekend. We were pleasantly suprised by the cleanliness of the inn and southern hospitality of the staff. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and nice to to talk. They gave us great recommendations of places to eat and places to go. The scenery at the inn was beautiful and it was very quiet outside and inside. We stayed in the Frances Room which was very clean and spacious for two adults. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! This was not just a continental breakfast, this was gourmet breakfast food! We enjoyed every breakfast with great staff and other visitors. This inn is about 40 minutes to Nashville which was nice for us to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city during the day and the peace and quiet in the country by night. We were very happy with our stay here and look forward to visiting again.

Room Tip: The Frances room faced the back of the inn so the sun did not come up in our window which was nice...

My wife and I spent our 25th Anniversary at the Inn. We wanted a place to unplug and be together. The Inn is extremely well run and everywhere you look things are in order and well done.

We have food allergies and their staff were attentive and provided gluten free meals. In fact, we had made arrangements and had all of our meals at the inn (which is a service provided for an additional fee). It was like having your own personal chef for two days.

Although there are many attractions in the area, we enjoyed staying there. Lots of books, a comfortable library, A DVD library. Friendly and attentive staff. We plan to return,

We (a military family with kids 4 kids 15-4 & a cop family with 3 kids 14-2) needed a place for a reunion. One word says it all...perfect!

We felt like we got a glimpse of heaven. Everything was superlative...the facility, the property, the rooms, the food was to die for. The best thing over all was the staff. They did a wonderful job taking care of us.

I would not hesitate to have another function or weekend here...I can't wait to go back. Perfect for a wedding or honeymoon.

Last word...this is not the Great Wolf Lodge...if your kiddos are nuclear powered you might consider something else. Our crew likes to play board games and talk...they are mellow.
