“Fireside Lounge at Legends is Great!!”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

I like the atmosphere at the Fireside Lounge better than in the restaurant - both share the same menu..Service is great. I live in Fairfield Glade and try to go there weekly. They have excellent buffet specials during the summer as well as a pretty good menu that changes year round...Fun place to meet and eat..

“Inconsistent quality”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

We eat dinner here for group gatherings and very occasionally for lunch with friends. Sometimes the meals are quite good and sometimes the food is way overcooked and rather tasteless. I have found that their "Greek salad" is a safe bet. We are on a special diet and the wait staff is great about making adjustments to your meal when you specify what you need. I always take my own olive oil and ask for a plate of lemon slices to go with my salad. No problem. My husband orders a cooked dinner. Sometimes it is very good. Sometimes it is not. Sometimes the service is very good and sometimes you have to wait much too long to be served.

“Good food, good portions, good service, good atmosphere!”
Reviewed January 15, 2013 via mobile

We entered restaurant expecting mediocre food at high prices but were pleasantly surprised with good food at a good price. We went for breakfast and sat near the fireplace. Service was great and food too! Portions were big. Our group of four had a variety of foods including omelets, gravy, pancakes, meats, etc. and the fresh fruit was great in January!

“10 min drive from Interstate 40, Crossville Tennessee, Peavine Road Exit”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

I live about a mile from this place. They have a great Sunday brunch. Their food is always pretty tasty and always interesting. Their head cook is a chef. This is a resort community. Before going there, double check to see if they are open by calling. Their hours are limited. The ONLY negative here are the prices... could be just a wee bit cheaper... and the limited hours. Otherwise, this is a great place, great little atmosphere, wonderful village location, convenient to Interstate 40 even if you are just passing through Tennessee. Most of the people who actually LIVE here WERE just passing through and decided to stay.

“Fine dining in the Glade...”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

The Legends at Druid Hills is a restaurant/bar located within the clubhouse of the Druid Hills Golf Course - one of five courses within the Fairfield Glade Resort property. During our most recent stay at Fairfield (we are timeshare owners) we dined at the Sunday Buffet. Unlike some Sunday buffets that offer a blend of breakfast/dinners items, the Legends buffet menu focuses on breakfast items - including an egg/omelet bar, waffles, French toast, breakfast meats, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, cereals, and pastries. Everything was tasty and well-prepared, as evidenced by the steady flow of guests in the dining room. Weather permitting, you can top off your meal with a round of golf on the well-maintained Druid Hills course.
