“Highly recommended!”

The staff was extremely accomodating and helpful. The breakfast and dessert service were awesome. We purchased our two night stay off of Living Social and it was well worth the value. We really enjoyed and would highly recommend!

Just happened upon this place while searching for B&Bs in the area and decided to stay here because of the good reviews/ratings and a deal through Living Social site. Called to make reservation and Pam was delightful to speak with, but I was a little concerned regarding the $40.00 resort fee which was added in order to complete the reservation. We arrived and was greeted by Pam and she made us feel right at home. Since we have never stayed there before, Pam gave us a brief tour and explanation of how they operate. Unfortunately, the weather was less than perfect, so there was no sunset cruise that day. Pam escorted us to our suite which was very nice. Due to the time of year for this visit, it was chilly/overcast/drizzling rain, the lake was down, and the trees are just beginning to bloom, so we really could not enjoy sitting on the huge deck; however, I can only imagine all the activity on the water later in the season. It was getting late in the day and we needed to eat (Pam suggested several local restaurants) and if we would let her know what we wanted for dessert, she would have it brought to our room so we could enjoy upon our return. Stayed in the Endless Love suite which had a small kitchenette and Jacuzzi tub. Chocolate mints were placed on the bed pillows. It was so relaxing and I literally fell into the big bed (which was extremely comfortable) and the bed linens smelled so clean and fresh. Breakfast is served from 8:00 until 10:00 and is bountiful. This place is located a short dive to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Will definitely return when I need to relax, and getaway, and recharge!

This place was very nice; the rooms were clean, and the complimentary desserts were delicious. The breakfast was average with scrambled eggs, bacon, gravy biscuits, and potatoes. The views from the room were spectacular; however, we went during the off season, and the lake was really down. The staff were helpful and kind. The beds were large and comfortable. We got this on a groupon deal which should be the actual price. Anything more than that would have been over-priced. The building is right next to a 2 lane road; if you are a light sleeper, the morning traffic will probably awaken you because there is a lot of cars going by in the morning.

We went off season and the lake was very low. I am sure because of this we failed to see the beauty that is there during peak season. The rooms were very clean and staff was superb!! The desserts were incredible and breakfast was fair.
The rooms decor is very dated and they add on $40 resort fee that I don't understand what is for. We purchased our stay through groupon and it was ok for few days , but would have been extremely unhappy if we had payed full price.

This quaint beautiful B&B was absolutely wonderful. It has a gorgeous view of the lake with the Smokies in the background. The staff (especially Lisa) is excellent and very professional. They have an hour long sunset pontoon ride & a candlelight dessert of your choice ( I recommend the brownie & ice cream) enough for two. A REAL breakfast all included . The rooms are small but very nice. The Inn is minutes from Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. If possible travel during the week its less traffic and crowds

My fiance and I were truly impressed with the Mountain Harbor Inn - we missed out on the sunset cruise because we were busy running around Pigeon Forge and exploring the mountains - however, the view from our room was awesome - we stayed in the King suite - which had a fantastic 4-poster bed in it, with a small kitchen and bathroom - very comfortable! The employees who work there were amazing - they gave us the full tour when we arrived and told us that we could get breakfast anytime from 8 - 10 and dessert in the evening as well! Your names are printed on a little name plate sort of thing when you come into your room and in the dining area so that they know your name when helping you with breakfast or dessert. We will definitely be going back! We have already told our parents and we're thinking of booking a room the night after our wedding!! So excited!!!

Extremely clean rooms & grounds. Huge DELICIOUS breakfast. The candlelight dessert is also huge and so good! The owner makes you feel like a good friend. The boat ride is awesome! We really liked our guide! (He was so hilarious, and very informative!) And Lisa goes far above & beyond to make sure you're happy! Pam is great too. We really enjoyed our stay here, and plan to return!
