Dined here after participating in the world's longest yard sale and checking in to our hotel. Were seated promptly and served by a new employee who needed to check with staff to answer our questions. Were served dinner rolls, looked and tasted like hamburger buns. Salad was mostly iceberg lettuce with only a hint of romaine. The ribeye steaks were marginal. Baked potato was good. Prices reasonable. Would not return. Probably unreasonably rated since the previous evening we dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Chattanooga and experienced impeccable service and food.

For many years we have had an annual golf outing near Crossville. A regular feature of our visits is a evening at the Vegas Steakhouse. Our visits are uniformly outstanding ranging from the greeting from the hostess, prompt seating, warm bread, a generous selection of beer & wine, and courteous waitresses. Even though we usually order 8 different entrees, all meals are served promptly. (My favorite is the Italian veal which is not on our menu at home).
We like the large back room where we can sit at a table for 8 comfortably.

Was in Crossville for our anniversary, this place was recommended to us as a nice place for steaks. We went in and there was a wait to be seated... we waited our turn and when it was our time... the host came and ackwardly sat the people who were behind us and had not been waiting as long and for no apparent reason as we had 2 in our party and they had 2 also with a child... they were seated in a nice booth in the front and after another 5-10 minutes we were taken to some seats in the very back of the place in a dark crowded corner. This was not acceptable.. why were they chosen to be seated before we were? My husband asked to speak with a manger and as we were waiting another couple walked out because they had been seated at their table for over 10 minutes without even speaking to a waitress. The Manager came.... which also was the same host who seated the other people before us and we was told it was a misunderstanding and if we gave them another few minutes we would have a nice table too... needless to say we didnt wait. So much for reviews and recommendations. They sure aren't getting one from us.

We were in Crossville in June for three days and looked for a place to eat. We should have kept looking !!!!! For a place that calls itself a "STEAKHOUSE" they have a lot to learn. The service was SLOW and confused about what her job really is. The steaks we ordered were TOUGH and stringy-- with moe fat and bone than actual meat . The only good part of the meal was the ice tea and we had to ask 5-6 times for a refill. If you aver go to Crossville STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!

First of all this location had 3 weeks notice that we were coming in as a large group. There were 2 serves for 60 people. Second we had to get our own refills on drinks. Next, we had terrible luck with salads (they were wrong). The salmon was dry like cardboard and steaks were over done. When the waitress was notified she was very nice until we asked for a manager, then I over heard her tell the cashier "I don't care what anyone does I just better get my tips". We were asking if we really needed to pay $2 for each side they left at the table. So when asking the manager about if that experience was really work $30 he said "that is what we are charging". I will agree that the best noted attraction was the cheesy sigh out front.
