This was below par in all respects. At checkin, we were "greeted" with 3 people sitting at the front desk but who did not know how to acknowledge when a new guest walked in the door to register. They just stared at us. Room smelled unclean. Smoky smell in hallways. There was hair in the bathroom. Only 1 coffee cup was provided the first morning. When we asked for extra pillows, the night shift attendant was extremely rude and hung up on us. When we asked to have our room cleaned on the 3rd day, it was not cleaned despite leaving a 6 hour window for the cleaners. The equipment in the exercise room was broken.
We are deeply sorry that your stay with us was less than satisfactory. It appears that we definitely failed when it comes to housekeeping and front desk procedures. Your comments have been forwarded to management for review. Again, we are terribly sorry that your experience with our hotel was not a good one, but invite you to give us another try in the future to see how we've improved.
