This is the 2nd time and the last time i will stay at Sleep Inn. The wifi in the hotel doesn’t work at all. The breakfast was horrible. I stayed here for 4 nights and in was the same old leftovers everyday. Burnt sausage, stale bagels and biscuits hard as rocks. The front desk staff was clueless about the wifi or just giving me the run around. They were always out front smoking, which wasn’t very welcoming. I was here in August and this place is going down the drain quickly. If you are looking for a good hotel go to either of the big 3 on Halifax Dr. dont waste your money here

Ok- so I live in the area but needed a hotel for the night.......I have to say- it’s pretty nice- basic, but very nice. Close to the main route 65- so if you want to go to Nashville- 45 minutes.....Whiskey trail tour ....45 minutes- but they are both Tennessee gorgeous scenery minutes. The hotel itself is very clean- I was impressed by the handwritten note from the housekeeping staff welcoming us. Beds are very comfortable- pool was nice. I have to say, if Family comes to town (as much as I love my family- guests and fish stink in 3 Days) I would put them up here

This hotel recently opened. We were traveling the Tennessee Whiskey Trail and the Franklin area hotels were booked. The front desk staff lack customer service skills/training and don't seem to know their hotel or reservation system. The lady wanted to argue our room booking. Basically, she did not know what type of room we booked or what we actually received. Breakfast was OK. The hotel and room were clean, probably due to being a new facility. The beds were OK. It was OK for a quick, overnight stay.

This hotel is still new, so everything is clean and in good working order. Everyone we had contact with was very nice and helpful. The only concern was the room was not well stocked. There was no bath soap or extra toilet paper left in the room and there was a used towel under the sink. Housekeeping needs to improve.

We have traveled to Columbia, TN for the past 6 years for a Labor Day event in a nearby town. We decided to stay at the Sleep Inn this year because it was new and the price was more affordable than the other two hotels we have stayed at in the past. When we went to check in (around 8pm) there was nobody at the front desk. Someone finally flagged her down after a few minutes of waiting. She was outside, in front of the building, finishing up her cigarette. We then went up to our room and quickly noticed the cable cord was not hooked up to the TV. So, no TV for the night. We were about to go to bed when we noticed all we had on two beds were sheets and the thin decorative cover. We called down for two blankets and they brought up two more sheets and two more decorative covers. We called again and told them we had no comforters on our beds. They told us they were out of them so they would remove two from a vacant, clean room. One of the comforters had two stains on them that looked like either blood or ketchup (I chose to believe it was ketchup). The next day we informed them that our cable was not hooked up and was told the cable guy had been there earlier today (while we were out) and was hooking up the TV's that had no cable. We went back to our room and it was still not hooked up. We did figure out how to plug in the cable but we were only able to get three channels. We were also unable to connect to the hotels wifi in our room. We could only connect to it in the lobby. We were very disappointed in this hotel especially since it was newer. The two positives were that the hotel was clean (except for the stained comforters) and the housekeeping staff were very nice. We will not be staying at this hotel again. We will go back to our tried and true hotels even though they are a bit more costly.
